The Lichenhearth 30 was just fine for my needs.The ITRIP service was excellent and I have no complaints as I was traveling alone and not super picky when I am provided a great deal. That said, the place is tired and in desperate need of a renovation. Not ok if i were to have brought my wife .Great service!

Great location but could use updating. Shower doors were hard to open/close and the dishwasher door would fall open unless securely locked. Toilet also splashed onto the seat after flushing. Hard to beat the location however. Easy ski in and short walk to lift. Lovely building.

It was the perfect get away to beat the Texas heat! The air balloon festival was just the excuse we needed! Colorado is truly Gods country. No matter the time of year it is a fantastic time to visit!

Very well located Snowmass condo that is a great space for the price! We loved our visit and will be back.

Great location at Snowmass base, a few steps from Village Express lift and the Sky Cab. Easy keyless and electronic check in. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wood burning fireplace is a plus. Beds were comfy. Bathroom a bit small, particularly the shower. Had a great stay. We had two, probably just enough room for four.

Love the proximity to the lift love the atmosphere and the time that we were there had a few minor hiccups an issues that management took care of almost immediately someone decided to steal all the firewood off the porch being on the ground floor they brought some immediately after I called them 250 yards from the lift and gondola super friendly staff during the day very attentive Dennis and Bill were super great out making sure the snow is off the steps and very talkative multiple tips around the area of what to do and what not to do the only things that I believe in my personal opinion as with my girlfriend there needs to start being a little updating to the condo it's not bad but it can start to see a little bit of wear and tear in the age of it as much as that place is rented it doesn't take that much to replace or update Furniture lighting miscellaneous throughout the property it was still a fabulous day and we totally enjoyed ourselves we rented a second condo for the second half of our week for approximately the same dollar amount that was night and day difference because of the updates like I said this is still a great place to stay they just need to start putting a little bit of money back into their property we had a great time my girlfriend and I just expressed our feelings of it doesn't cost that much to put a little flavor back into something that would make me want to come exactly back to that same place again in my opinion thanks T-Mac and red

It’s nice place and nearby the ski area

Great location - you can literally ski straight off the slopes and right up to the sliding glass door! Super close to the base, easy parking, and very clean. Kim was timely and professional in all of her communications.

The communication was fantastic. Even before booking, the responses to questions was almost immediate. The place was extremely clean and cozy. There was a nice ground level patio to sit on. Unfortunately, the pool was covered the entire time. Other guests in the condos seemed surprised by this too! Oh well. The beds were comfortable and seemed to be quite new. The only part that wasn’t perfect was the very small bathroom. It was a bit outdated (still extremely clean) and on the last day one aide of the shower panel fell off as I went to get in. That was a surprise.( The fan in the bathroom seemed to be sucking some skunk smelling smoke from another unit BUT that is not the owner’s fault at all). Overall, this was a great spot for a weekend. It would be tight for more than 3 adults. Thanks for the weekend!

This is our second time at this property, and it was just as good as the first time. Great location, and seamless communication with the property management staff. Will stay again.

This condo had everything we needed. The accessibility to Snowmass Village and the mall were ideal! We will be back!

Location is wonderful. Able to take a break at our place for lunch. Easy to get to lifts and restaurants. Right by pool and hot tub. Parking super easy. Kitchen has what you need to cook meals. Two queens made it comfortable for our family of four. Lots of drawers for unpacking suitcases. Enjoyed watching snowfall outside sliding glass doors. Would stay here again!

This is the second year in a row we stayed at Lichenhearth 30 over President’s Day weekend. Extremely convenient to Village Express, Elk Camp Gondola to hit the slopes or Gondola to Snowmass Mall to eat/drink at one of the various dining establishments.If my teenage daughter wanted to take a break from skiing for a little while this place was super easy to do so. Would definitely come back again.Overall extremely clean unit with all the cooking utensils/pots/pans one would need. Only thing I’d note compared to other places I’ve stayed/rented in various ski towns is that beyond basic salt and pepper shakers there wasn’t anything in the cabinets/pantry from a condiment perspective. Overall this is not a huge deal but it’ would have been better if I didn’t have to run to the IGA to purchase things like PAM cooking spray, other basic spices or even sugar/sweetener.Also would note very convenient to free public transportation via bus stops either at the Snowmass Village, Mall or Stonebridge Inn. For both of our visits we didn’t rent a car and didn’t regret it. You can quickly take the bus to downtown Aspen, the Airport or even Buttermilk or Highlands if you wanted to hit a different mountain for a change of pace (not that you need to as Snowmass has terrain for all levels!!)

We are a family of four who spent five nights at Lichenhearth 30. This is a corner unit which is the closest to the pool/hot tub entrance in the entire complex. The sliding door to the back yard allows you to literally ski in/out and the walk to the Snowmass Village is 100ft. From there you can access lifts and the town gondola. Parking is covered and included (we fit a Tahoe in the spot). The location could not be better.The place itself is very cozy, with comfortable beds and couches, and includes a wood burning fireplace that is adequately stocked with starters and wood. The kitchen is all you need for breakfast and some snacking, but I wouldn't cook a full fledged meal there.The building itself was built in 1962, but is in great shape and has certain ben renovated from time to time, and we met lots of friendly owners and renters at the hot tub, which is mere steps from the back sliding door. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our trip went without a hitch. Access to the condo was early which worked great with our flight arrival. The keyless entry made it very easy. The condo was just what we needed. Thanks to iTrip.

Clean and well appointed with appropriate amenities. Stayed here during the fall and the foliage was amazing. Just outside of Aspen with easy access to local dining and recreation.

We had a very nice stay at this condo, the location could not have been better. The parking spot was very convenient to the condo. We wanted a pool for the hot weekend, and the pool was located just outside our back patio.The condo was VERY clean and communicating with the property managers was easy and quick. We would definitely stay here again.

The booking and check in were very easy. This is a typical resort condo but I think the company ran it very well. It is a nice first floor unit with very easy parking. The condo unit contains a working elevator. The unit has a view when you walk outside and is located next to a pool. There was also a grill we did not use. There were two comfortable double beds in the bedroom. The guide was on a QR code which was nice. The kitchen had olive oil and spices and was large enough to cook a nice meal. We really enjoyed the fireplace. They left wood, kindling and a lighter so that was very nice. The condo was decorated in the typical manner but it was clean even though a little dated. The tv and internet worked so that was nice in the mountains. Aspen is about a 25 minute drive so it was easy to visit. Snowmass is like a small ski village with a few restaurants and stores. Food was ok but the mall area was lively to walk around. Checkout was 10 so be aware of that.

We loved our stay at Snowmass Village. The property is close to the village and has easy access to the gondola and nearby trails.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location is amazing and so convenient to everything. We will definitely be booking a trip back here.

the visit would have been perfect except the hot water did not work the first night

This is the perfect condo for a long weekend. It’s not fancy but it has everything you need and you can’t beat the location. The property manager was great about checking in to make sure there were no issues throughout our stay.

We were at Snowmass for a ski race and found the unit perfect for our needs. Access to the slopes and chairlift couldn't be more convenient.

Lichenhearth is a wonderful condo location - right at base of mountain with easy access to Village Express lift and the Gondola up to the Snowmass mall.Condo is spacious with several drawers, hooks and closets for all your gear. Super easy access on first floor to pool and hot tub!Kitchen very well stocked and plenty of towels and linens. Loved also the firewood stocked upon arrival for the wood-burning fireplace.Best of all - the game table for chess and checkers - great use of the space in living area for eating and relaxing.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Lichenhearth 30. For us, the best part was the location. Being within walking distance of the Base Village was a game changer. Also, the pool and hot tub are right outside your patio. The unit was exactly as you see in pictures. I appreciated having a separate sleeping space which other units in this building didn't have. I also can't say enough good things about booking with iTrip. Their communication was amazing before and during our stay.

Great location right next to the Village Express lift and Mall gondola. Very clean and comfortable. Some of the living room decor is a bit dated but not distracting. Kim was very communicative and there were no surprises. I very much enjoyed my vacation and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent place to stay for a family, you can literally ski right to the back deck at the end of the day. Communication with the property managers is outstanding, they return your text immediately, when I mentioned that it was quite cold at night and blankets weren’t enough, they dropped off a space heater within an hour or two, excellent customer service/responsiveness. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly for a family particularly since ski school is literally a walk away from this property.

Outstanding, responsive service throughout our stay. Itrip vacations is extremely responsive. When it happened to be a very cold few days early in our stay, and we requested extra blankets, they immediately provided them as soon as we requested them. When we requested a space heater, also done immediately within hours. Their system of providing a number to text anytime for any requests works quite well- they have that number covered every day by someone. The location was extremely convenient to the slopes, as we literally would ski right up to the back deck at the end of our day of skiing. Would definitely stay here again. Itrip definitely makes it a priority to be responsive to a guest's needs.

We just stayed at Lichenhearth 30 for six nights right before Christmas 2022. This was our second time staying in Snowmass, and we could not be happier with this stay. We are a family of five, and the space was laid out well for us and our needs. Everything was clean and in good working order. The location of this unit makes it the best option we can imagine for us in Snowmass. Our kids are 6, 8, and 10, so dropping off at ski school was a breeze when staying here! And the pool and hot tub sit right outside your door. That is a big plus when you are tiptoeing through snow to take a dip!We were able to check in about an hour early, which was very nice. Free parking and free laundry were both welcome amenities. Since we booked with iTrip last year, we knew they provided starter quantities of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, etc, and this was a big reason for us booking with them again. Being able to rely on that makes packing and shopping much easier. Also, when we figured out our unit was missing pool towels, iTrip quickly responded by text that they would bring some right over. That kind of service can be hard to find. Cooking in the unit was easy. Basic items were included, and some things we would have never even thought to use on vacation are there as well. All the appliances worked well. The bathroom amenities are fully stocked and lasted us all week. Water pressure was great. And there was always hot water with little time to heat up. The building was well cared for and comfortably heated hallways were nice for entry and exit. We would not hesitate to stay in Lichenhearth 30 again. We hope to book it when we return in another year or two. If you have young kids in ski school Lichenhearth will make your life easier!

This unit provided easy access to the Village, and to the buses that run throughout the valley. It was great having the pool and hot tub right outside the unit! Mornings with a hot cup of coffee were enjoyed.

From the second I made the reservation, to answering questions, to check in and check out. Highly recommend this place and it’s hosts! Fabulous customer service.

Great location and Great property.

This condo is amazingly located if you have kids in ski school. It's literally a 60 second walk out the back door. And we were able to ski right up to the back patio. Could NOT be easier. Also a short walk to the grocery store and the pool is just outside. Ideal for letting the kids swim a few extra minutes while you keep an eye on them from the condo. We loved it.

Location is amazing! Ski lifts are just a short walk from the patio. iTrip property management were responding promptly to every request/question. Everything as expected, would love to rent again when we are in the area.

Great place to stay with a friend for the Women's Edge Ski/Snowboard camp (great program BTW). Love that the unit has 2 Qs in the MB. The location is awesome, so close to Sky Cab, and all the base lifts (go out the patio door, very short walk on the snow to the village plaza lifts). This unit is right above the W/D room too. Management is very responsive.

The condo is very close to the kids' ski school and lifts. You are 20 ft from the pool and hot tub. Great place for a small family of 4. It has two queen beds and a pull out sofa. Awesome location, clean condo, easy check in, and has a kitchen. Also, it has a covered parking space.

Easily accessible to lift, Treehouse, and Snowmass village

I stayed at this property with my two kids aged 10 and 3. The location couldn’t have been closer to the kids ski school - two minute walk from the back patio. Ten feet from the pool/ hot tub. And a perfect small sledding hill right behind the property.Unit was cozy and well appointed. Free laundry on site. Fireplace stocked with logs and kindling. Great game table for playing chess and cards.Very little to complain about; I’ll note that some of the lighting and fixtures felt a bit dated/ worn, but not an issue for our party. Very comfortable beds!Management was responsive and helpful for our questions. Already wondering when I can come back!!

We had a fantastic time in the lichenhearth condo. The owners were very responsive and kept the place extremely clean! We will definitely be returning :)

Overall the unit was very nice and spacious. Could sleep 4-5 easily. Full kitchen was great to have. Location was great! 20 yards to ski lift and Snowmass village gondola. Ability to ski to the unit at the end of day. We will definitely look to stay here again! Thank you!

The location of this condo is exceptionally convenient as it is right at Base Village. Easy walk to ski school, restaurants, and shopping. This unit in the complex is especially convenient as you can ski in to the unit and only have a short 3-5 minute walk to the village express ski lift. Also, you can easily walk out the back of the unit (sliding patio door) to the pool and hot tub. It is a spacious and clean place that is fully stocked with all the amenities you need. Covered parking was nice as well. Staff were very attentive, great communication, and provided wood for the fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo has the best location! You can ski right into the back door and a very short walk to the lift. Truly ski in/out. Also the pool and hot tub are directly outside the door which we enjoyed especially when you have to run out in your swimsuit in the winter:) Also, they were very responsive and found the check in procedure super easy. We would love to come back next year!

We loved this old style ski condo!!! No high rise building with elevators and underground parking garages - YUCK! Easy access covered parking. Ski up to your back deck. Comfortable and cozy. Free use of washer/dryer. No need to keep track of keys with a push button code to get in. Great location, but quiet and private. An absolute favorite! And the management company was GREAT!!!!

The property was better than promised. The property management staff was terrific and responded almost immediately to any questions or concerns we had. The location was excellent and convenient to the base village and mall. We would definetly come back again.

The condo was very clean and organized. The property managers were easy to communicate and responsive. While there were only two of us during the stay, the condo is set up (extra storage, seating) to accommodate more people. The location was great. It was summer and we walked right out to the pool. A short walk down the hill took us to base village, and a quick ride on the skittles gondola takes you up to the mall. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very comfortable and very clean. A great location - near pool and gondola and Clark's Market and shuttle busses! As much as we would like to keep this little gem to ourselves, we highly recommend a stay at Kim's place!

Place was perfect. Location was stellar as we walked right out the door to the lifts and 16” of fresh powder at Snowmass. Details for our arrival and stay were excellent and the place was clean and well stocked to make our weekend a great one! Definitely stay here again!

This unit is in the PERFECT location...the pool is right across from back porch and the ski school is steps away from back porch. It was so nice to be able to go back and forth with out having to exhaust our energy by lugging equipment long distances. The unit came lots of extra amenities that kept me from having to buy lots of extra stuff at the city market (dish washer tabs, paper towels, extra coffee, little creamers, wood for fireplace, even breakfast bars;).The owners were very courteous and helpful! Our boys are already begging to go back to it next year!

The unit comes with an echo, lots of towels, and lots of firewood for the fireplace....which is above and beyond what we expected! Already planning to book again next year!

The location is prime to the base village and mall area with ski in/out access. There's a nice fireplace, grill and chess table. Pool and hot tub are literally out the back patio door. Beds are nice and firm unlike most places. The included covered parking spot is great for those winter storms and unloading. Highly Recommended and the host is responsive with any questions you may have.

The apartment was amazing in a great location with plenty of amenities. Steps away from the gondola and hot tub, you have an incredible view of the mountain and skiers/snowboarders. The hosts were responsive and incredibly helpful - They even came to deliver more towels as needed! Would definitely recommend booking this place!
