Shadowbrook 102

We had a wonderful vacation at Snowmass this September, and the accommodations at 102 Shadowbrook were perfect. We come to this condo every year, and the service you provide, and quick response to any question was excellent. We played golf, took gorgeous hikes, swam in your heated pool. The restaurants in Snowmass are exceptional, and this condo location was ideal for many activities. Thank you so much for a great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Snowmass at Shadowbrook. The condo is perfect for a family or any adults who need a home base. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking small meals. We spent a lot of time on the balconies enjoying the beautiful views. We did manage to lock ourselves out on one of the balconies but the Snowmass police and ITrips quickly saved us, true benefit mod using ITrips to book this trip. The hot tubs were the highlight of the stay here. We used them every day. Overall great vacation place and I will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful week in Snowmass with our family for our daughter’s wedding. Condo had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and wonderful location. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony each morning watching the sun rise over the mountains. Other bonuses were close in covered parking and super easy access to the pool and hot tub. Many thanks for the kind note and special gift in the fridge upon arrival. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is a great condo that is located centrally between the Snowmass mall and the Snowmass village. Our kids loved the pool and hot tubs. The unit was well maintained and nicely furnished. The onsite staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of friends and family in town and LOVED staying in this condo. It's super cute, extremely clean, and the location is fantastic. We would love to stay in this condo again!

This is our 6th visit to Shadowbrook 102. Our family visits 2x a year and loves everything about this place. Location, comfort, and attentiveness of management.Regardless of season or type of group, this place offers a fantastic home-base for all activities…even doing nothing!

Wonderful property that easily fit three families with kids of varying ages. The property was clean and bright and we loved being so close to the slopes. It's a real gift to be able to ski off the mountain directly into the back patio and take off your gear.Property manager was very responsive. We had a number of questions (like getting the two twins combined into a king bed) and iTrip was fantastic and responding nearly instantaneously by text. Extremely convenient and would definitely stay with one of their properties again based on the good experience. My only minor feedback on the property is that the common space is very small. The living room / kitchen are combined and there isn't a place to eat that could seat everyone that was staying at the property. We mostly ate out in the village, so it wasn't a big concern, but if you are looking to cook / host a large group, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, great place to stay!!

All around just an incredible stay. Property was updated and spotless and was very comfortable for our group of seven ranging from six years to 81. A great property!

The condo was perfect. Hop out the door down to the village express in 2 min. Walk up to the village mall in 5 min. Great access to hot tub. Will stay here again

Great hosts. Property was just a described and perfect for our group. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

It was over the top for us. Thank you. We had a convention up at the hotel. It was perfect for us as we were able to get some much needed downtime Sorry for setting off the fire alarms.

Our group was four couples that spent the weekend in this beautifully renovated condo. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the condo is two different levels which was perfect. The location was perfect with close proximity to shops, restaurants and gondola.

Everything you need is available in the unit.Kitchen and bathrooms both well stocked. We were in for a family wedding and an easy walk up to the Viewline Hotel. So nice to have the common space and 4 bed/bath separated (two downstairs). Would highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience staying in Snowmass at Shadowbrook 102. Where do I start - The location is perfect. We really did not need a car except that my husband brought his bike from Los Angeles renting the car made transport easier but everything is so convenient with busses, shuttles and walking. There is no need to drive at all. We had access to everything we wanted in Snowmass. We biked, hiked, walked, and ate amazing food. The scenery was breathtaking. We took the gondola up to the top of Snowmass and hiked. We also took a gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain and did yoga one morning at 11,000 feet. That was a challenge but fun as well. But the real treat was staying at this beautiful condo fully appointed with 4 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a Peleton, big screen smart tv's in every room, a fully appointed kitchen and all of the amenities we needed to make ourselves comfortable. We stayed in two nights and relaxed after long days of outdoor activity. It was truly a vacation. I would definitely come back.

Our family so enjoyed this property.....we grilled on thepatio, enjoyed the pool, watched movies and baseball, shopped in the village, frequented the local grocery market, hiked, and visited a couple of restaurants. This was the perfect summer getaway in the perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at 102 Shadowbrook Snowmass.We played golf on beautiful nearby courses, hiked on wildflower lined trails, biked, swam, and enjoyed great restaurants in walking distance. If you want to stay in there is even a peloton. The unit was perfect and so convenient for all activities. This is our annual summer destination with cousins, and we highly recommend unit 102.

The place was great! we came in the June for a family wedding. great location to downtown aspen, like 15 minute car ride everywhere. incredible views, and the place was just beautiful. all 4 bedrooms were huge and clean as well as the bathrooms. it was very comfortable.

this was a GREAT property. it's clean, appears in person as it does online. nice people, easy to work with, easy access, easy check in. we've stayed here twice and will return.

Shadowbrook 102 is THE perfect tasteful and cozy basecamp for gathering, celebrating, and adventuring. Our family (ages 9-mid-60s) enjoyed the well-appointed unit with ski-in-ski-out accessibility and close proximity to everything Aspen/Snowmass has to offer…all without a car!This is our 4th trip to this unit and we’ll be back again next year.

We loved our stay in Shadowbrook 102. The location with ski in and out of the door, right between the base and mall where we could walk to each in less than 5 minutes was perfect!The Unit was beautifully decorated, roomy and spacious and so well outfitters everything we could want including an amazing kitchen, desk/work space and even a Peloton! We also loved the pool and spa’s, right outside the door. Comfy beds, lots of storage and super nice bathrooms! Loved it and will be back soon!! Snowmass mountain is an amazing ski and recreation resort.

Beautiful place and truly ski / ski out! No need to walk up the road or anything to get to the slopes. Slept our entire group very comfortably with the combination of bedrooms, two floors, and all 4 en-suite bathrooms meant total privacy for the different groups. Kim was very proactive in communicating things we might want to know when we'd want to know them (e.g., the address if we were to ship things early) and iTrip was very responsive throughout our stay. Very easy and would certainly stay there again!

This place was great. A few friends and I wanted a relaxing weekend in Aspen and that's exactly what we got. The condo was very well kept and clean. We had everything we needed for the weekend and all the basic kitchen essentials. The location was in close proximity to everything and the host was great about sending all needed information ahead of time. If I had to point out something it would be that there are upstairs neighbors and noise does travel but it wasn't something that really affected our stay. We would definitely come back here again.

The place is exactly like its pictures. Had a great stay. The place had everything and is conveniently located. It was very clean and comfortable. We were a party of 7 and stayed there for 3 days. We cooked and even used the grill. Highly recommend

We were a group of 4 friends who are all artists and taking classes at Anderson Ranch. The condo was a great location, very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the property managers was very quick, helpful and thorough. We were able to arrange for the unit to be cleaned, beds changed etc with just one phone call. The proximity to Snowmass Village was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very nice! The check- in was very easy. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. There were a lot of clean towels in all of the bathrooms. The bathrooms were very clean. I loved the portable lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. The condo has a lot games. My family and I enjoyed staying at the Aspen Snowmass Village condo.

Shadowbrook 102 was the perfect place for our group. The communication between me and the property managers was very efficient and clear and the condo was just as described. It was very clean, had all of the modern conveniences we were expecting, and very comfortable. The location is perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at 102 Shadowbrook in Snowmass, Co. in July and had a wonderful vacation.The accommodations were comfortable, private, and new. The condo was spacious and tastefully decorated, and the kitchenware first-rate. The view from Shadowbrook 102 was fantastic and the location was perfect. We could walk to hiking trails, shops, and restaurants.My cousins joined us and loved the accommodations as well. They plan to encourage their friends to reserve this unit. Thanks for beautiful time.

Great location for the concert and shuttle buses

Wonderful condo! Very comfortable for a larger group and communication was excellent.

This little space met all of of our needs, and was a terrific location for going into town, hiking and just enjoying the view. The kitchen was really well stocked with dishes, cups, etc and each bathroom had lush towels aplenty. When issues arose (heat and the dryer), the support from management was quick. We did alert them to the fact that service on the dryer is probably due, as it took quite awhile for us to dry our clothes. As noted in other reviews, people walking upstairs (or children running all over), can be a bother. We actually banged on the ceiling one night. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Snowmass Village.

Super cool location! Great condo, super clean, perfect bathrooms with showers! Views were great! The two balconies are lovely! Small little nuggets for improvement! Add more complimentary coffee that correlates with the amount of stay time as it’s not super convenient to fetch coffee every day! Pool and Jacuzzi are nice and fun for kids! Overall super satisfying and deserves a 5 star (or 4.95 to be precise)

Really beautiful, comfortable, high quality place. The beds and bedding are extremely quality and comfortable (which is unusual for a rental) the decor, design details and dish-ware are that of an elegantly styled ski condo (also highly unusual for an Airbnb) and the hosts are flexible and accommodating. 11/10!!

Everything was terrific - a dream trip for our family. Ski in / ski out and close to the mall - the location was wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub (and nice for the adults to have their own as well.) The condo was clean and the team was responsive - all went well. We would love to return, and recommend highly.

This is a great property and was just as advertised. Right beside the slopes with great views. Excellent property and would book again. Only issue was the renters above our unit. They got up at 5:00am and it sounded like they were playing a basketball game all day above our heads.

Unit 102 was a very nice unit. Our family of 5 had a great time. We skied took in the flavors of the mountain. Skiing was much better on Snowmass than Aspen. More slopes to ride and enjoy. Condo met all of our expectations. Only note I would add is families with children should be reminded that they may have someone staying below them and it would be nice if parents would try to keep their children from running and jumping up and down at 5:30 in the morning. Just a reminder to them would be helpful for people like me that have raised our family. This unit is exactly as advertised. Ski in ski out loved it!!

This AirBnB in Shadowbrook was perfect for our family. The Master Bedrooms (one on the main level and one on the ground level) were very spacious. Having 4 full bathrooms was such a treat! Shadowbrook is a great location in Snowmass - easy access to both the Mall and Base Village. The folks at iTrip Vacations were also super communicative and easy to get in touch with. The pool and hot tub were also a great amenity! We'll definitely be back!

I had an absolutely amazing stay in Shadowbrook 102. The condo is spacious, comfortable, nicely outfitted, and is in an amazing location. Easiest possible access to slopes, pool, and hot tub. Such a great spot for a getaway. I wish I could stay forever!

Property was in a great location and wonderful. Everything was clean. Kitchen was wells stocked with pans & dishes. Nice to have a grill on the deck. Pool and hot tub were fun to relax in every evening. Great hikes close by from condo.

We stayed in Shadowbrook 102 for the first time this July and we really hope it won't be the last! The location was just perfect, for hiking, the base village, gondola, mall, and the pool was right our our back door. The upstairs view from both balcony what exactly what we had wanted. And the kitchen was stocked with really nice brands of knives and pots/pans, which matters to us since we like to cook. it is very well decorated and had everything we needed. iTrip is always so nice to work with and makes it all so easy for us. We love that all the outside doors had keypads on them, made it very easy to go in and out of the condo and not worry about keys. The only issue we had was that the dryer took a long long time to dry our clothes, but at the same time we were happy to have in-home W/D!

This is our second stay at this condo and we just love it, already booking our next trip. Beautiful, super clean, great location!! Really comfy beds and updated bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, incredibly accommodating hosts!! Can’t wait to come back.

Thanks to our host, Kim, for quick responses to our questions and communication before, during and after our entire stay. Kim provided some clear instructions that really are a “must read.” Very helpfulAs far as the condo, if you choose to stay there, you are in for a treat. What a view! My husband, myself and two adult sons stayed at this beautiful condo. It was great that our “boys” each had their own room and en suite bathroom. Although only four stayed this time, this condo would comfortably house eight and would be particularly nice for a family with small children.We cooked several meals and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. There are lots of puzzles and games and every night we enjoyed a “family game night.” The WiFi worked great and there were lots of cable channels to enjoy on the big screen TV. We particularly appreciated the designated covered parking space right next to the unit.This might seem like a small point but we liked the modern touches, like the bedside lamps that accompanied three USB plugs by all bedsides. The bathrooms are up-to-date.We appreciated the cool artwork all around the condo. The condo is not air conditioned, but fans are available and kept us comfortable during warm July nights.Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful Snowmass condo. Simply wonderful.

This is a great condo. It’s comfortable, tastefully decorated and a good fit for a large group. We stayed with our four kids and enjoyed the coziness while not being cramped in a small unit.

I was in town with some co workers, working on an event in nearby Aspen. This condo was perfect for us as it had a plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean and in working order and the beds were very comfy. I would definitely recommend and will probably stay here again if the circumstances permit.

Spent 7 nights with my family in this place and it was amazing. Most reviews talk about the place itself, it was extremely nice, well kept.I wanted to explain how amazing the location is. It's truly ski-in-ski-out. Skis on at the back door and ski down to the express lift. In fact, it was faster to take a restroom break, a warmer up break or a hot drink break at the condo than the village or mountain stops. Just perfect. It's a 3 minute walk up to the Mall that has Starbucks, restaurants, bars and shopping. so convenient.If you are thinking of cooking regularly, there are a great selection of cooking aid. You will need to bring all the ingredients, condiments, spices etc as there are none in the condo.Thanks to the amazing people who manage the condo, they did everything to help and were always willing to provide anything we needed.

Located almost all the way to the right if you’re looking at Snowmass Mtn. True ski in ski out. Slept 7 people comfortably. The complex and pool area are beautiful and well taken care of. I would highly recommend renting this place.

Sparkling clean and a great location. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in house. What a relief knowing we could create meals with no worries.

My daughter and I stayed here as a consolation to not being able to travel out of state for our vacation. Oh and what a consolation it was. We loved it! The time of year was perfect for this Snowmass rental stay. Aspen were turning beautiful gold and scenery was amazing. Oh and of course the property was wonderful as well. We loved the extra space and enjoyed eating in since all of the needed appliances, cookware, and utensils were available. Love how accommodating the management was, as well as how quickly they responded when we arrived at the property. Thank you everyone, for making our stay comfortable despite dealing with a pandemic.

Amazing place to stay in!

This place is incredible. Everything you need is in this condo, and the sunrise is spectacular. They provide the firewood, games, puzzles, etc. By far, one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at.

Me and my friends had a beautiful and relaxing stay at the property. It was neat and clean and also very cozy as depicted in the pictures. All the beds were comfortable. There were clean linen and extra towels for everyone in all bedrooms for those willing to stay multiple nights. It is right next to a gondola so waking up in the morning and taking a walk on the patio to watch the gondolas idle by was my favorite pastime. Almost all bedrooms had their private patio which was a favorite for breakfast and tea in the morning. Also we worked from home for a few days at the property and didn't have any WiFi issues. A electrical issue came up and upon contacting the manager was promptly fixed as well. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful stay but yet close to the town.

Great location close to retail, restaurants and a grocery store. We had a few issues but management was very quick to resolve them! No a/c but even in late September the master bedroom was warm. There were only 3 of us here, but there seemed to be plenty of space for 6. 8 might be tight. Loved the place!

Our stay here was just wonderful. Property better than the pictures. Location was perfect. Each bedroom had en suite new bathrooms, fantastic. Beds so comfortable. Great space for 3 couples and 3 children!!!

Picture perfect and best location. We extended our stay beyond our original plan because it was great for our family vacation. So much fun.

Great condo, excellent amenities, so much room, and awesome location for 6 of us to all get out and do what we wanted. Great to be near the market, restaurants, etc., too. And, friendly neighbors to boot. Kim was a great host, made everything easy. Highly recommended.

Kim's place was terrific. It accommodated our whole group of 8. This home is managed by itrip. I have to say that, for a management company, they were extremely pleasant and very prompt in responding to a couple of issues we had right after checking in. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fairly easy to maneuver, and the condo was very spacious. Each family group had their own bedroom and bathroom. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect place for a getaway in the mountains!

Good place in Snowmass. Grocery store is very close. Aspen is like 15 mins away. The place is clean, few things were faulty but not a big deal. I wish the cleaning fee wasn’t so expensive. It’s my only complaint about this place.

Certainly convenient access to the mountain but the unit was rather small to accommodate a large group of people.
