Condo was very nice. The kitchen is great and well equipped. Great location. The staff with ITrip are very nice and accommodating. We needed fans, due to the heat, and ended up buying two strong box fans and leaving them at the condo. One small suggestion is to have patio furniture that is a better quality. We enjoyed this unit and having a larger space.

We loved our recent trip to Snowmass and our stay at Shadowbrook for our extended family. We rented 2 condos for our large group and everything was lovely, convenient, well-stocked and clean. We will be back!Kacey

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kim’s Snowmass condo! The condo is even better than described, perfect for a large family to have space to all be together. The location is great, easy access to anything you’d want to do in Snowmass, and a short drive to Aspen. We’d love to come back again!

Great property and location. Walk to mall, bus station, and skittle’s lift . Our group of 10 didn’t feel crowded due to the size. Easy to prepare meals for a big group. Two parking spaces a big plus.

Great location and set up.

Our three-generation family including grandchildren aged 3, 2 and 1 had the privilege of staying at the 5 bedroom 5 bath Shadowbrook 202-203 ski-in/ski-out condo overlooking the Snowmass slopes. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the views from the open living area, kitchen and balconies. This spacious condo is owned by a multi-generational family and it is well thought out. The living area is very comfortable, and the adults didn't have to worry about children's safety or about them messing up the owners' furniture. Our family of nine enjoyed the bedrooms with en suite baths. There were plenty of spotless bed linens and towels. Our family cooked many meals in the well-equipped kitchen and took full advantage of the two islands and large dining area. The benchs with hooks and cubbies was very helpful. Skiing couldn't have been easier from our location. We walked down the stairs and skied down to multiple lifts and gondolas. The 3 and 2 year old were walked down to ski school within sight of the condo. Everyone could come home for lunch or enjoy restaurants. We often walked down to the free Sky Cab and rode up to the mall area.Itrip property management took wonderful care of us. The property was clean and ready for us including rented high chair and pack-and plays. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They proactively asked if we had any maintenance or other issues. They came by to make a repair but made sure it was convenient before doing so. They helped us arrange a babysitter for a date night. They went above and beyond when our flight home from Aspen was cancelled and found us lodging at one of their properties within minutes of my call. Thank you to Audrey for your speedy work on lodging. They could not have done more for us!

Great location and set up.

This was our 2 families’ 2nd year in this condo! We love the ski-in, ski-out access, easy walk to the bus and the setup is so perfect for our two families! We each took one side of the condo and shared all of the kitchen, dining and living space. It’s the perfect amount of space and togetherness for our group of 12 (4 adults, 8 kids ages 8-18). The new washer/dryer combo is a great update from last year’s visit! We’d stay here again but it’s time to go explore a new mountain next year. If you’re thinking about booking this unit- do it! You’ll love it!

Loved it. Condo was clean and staffed with plenty of towels and cookware. Easy access to local restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with the owners. Highly recommended.

Not only was the condo huge, beautiful and clean but iTrip was SO accommodating. I had to set up for my friends bachelorette party and they allowed me an early check in of 12:00 pm (unheard of!!). They also let us check out at Noon for a late check out. During the trip some of the lights in a bedroom weren't working. I sent iTrip a text (loved texting with them for communication purposes, it was so easy) and they sent someone within a half hour to replace the lights. The condo, pool and hot tub facilities exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend iTrip. Thank you for a great stay!

We were in the Snowmass/Aspen area for a family wedding. It was nice that each couple had their own space and the common living areas was perfect to all gather and connect. I would stay here again.

We had a great experience. Coming together from North Carolina, Boston and Florida. The whole experience was flawless. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub, proximity to restaurants, and the space in the condo. It was perfect for us to come together, but allowed us to have our own space as well.

Our trip to Snowmass for a family wedding in late June- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was quiet, but close enough to walk to snowmass mall, take the gondola to basecamp, or catch the shuttle to the grocery. The condo was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We could not have asked for anything more.

This property could not be located any better on the Snowmass mountain. Literally a 15 step walk to the slopes. Management is on top of everything and I do not think we could have had a better time. A must rent if you want ski in ski out and perfect location!

This condo is well thought out so that each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the common areas and kitchen are very spacious. Very roomy for our party of 8 and the kitchen is so well equipped. Access to the mountain was amazingly easy. We would love to stay here again when we next visit Snowmass.

Ten of us spanning 3 generations stayed at the condo for a full week and it was perfect. The location could not be beat (perfect ski-in/ski-out) and there’s plenty of room for all of us. We had a GREAT week!!

We had a great time, the condo accommodated our group well. We had all 4 of our kids with us, and two other adults as well. Easy access to Fanny Hill! Lots of cozy mornings and evenings by the fire while watching the snow fall…. Picture perfect

Perfect location on the ski run with pool and hot tub. Management company is top notch with responding and needs. Easiest check in and check out ever. All amenities are accurate and we could not have been happier with our stay and trip! Highly recommended to all that want a large nice condo literally on the mountain! Also near the Snowmass mall (about 40 yards) and same to the Snowmass base. Just lovely!

Great location, easy walk to Snowmass mall, bus station, and adjacent to slopes. Plenty of privacy due to layout but also lots of room to gather. Extremely well equipped. Our group of 10 never felt cramped. We will be back!

This condo was close to perfect. My husband and I went with our 3 grown children, all of whom have 1 small child each. Also, 2 other adults stayed with us. The five bedrooms with their own bathrooms let everyone have their own private space. The living area was spacious enough to accommodate all of us at one time. The kitchen was well equipped with very nice cookware. With such a large crowd, we cooked a lot. Ski in and ski out was great!

We were two families (total of 8 kids and 4 adults) in the unit for a week in February and it was THE BEST! The location is unbeatable... we were right on the slopes and it was an easy ski to lessons and to the Village Express & Gondola and home at the end of the day or to walk up or down the hill a bit to the two Snowmass Villages. The unit is plenty big for 12 and we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, store their gear and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped and we made good use of the games, the washer & dryer, boot dryer and sleds & snow toys. The pool & hot tubs were a short walk and felt great at the end of the ski day. The management office was very helpful in storing our gear for a few hours and answering our questions/troubleshooting any concerns. We had the best week!

This unit was terrific. It accommodated our family of 11, including four young grandchildren. It was great having 3 bedrooms on one side for the families with young children, and 2 on the other side for the adults.The large kitchen is fabulous. The best furnished kitchen area ever. The refrigerator doors didn't close the best but there were so many pans and utensils, it was a great space to cook.The location can't be beat! The kids could ski down to ski school and we used the gondola to return home. The pool and hot tubs were a big hit. And the staff was very responsive and helpful. Loved it.

We loved this condo. It was well stocked and perfect location. We easily dropped off kids at ski school, walked to the base and mall for meals and entertainment and the kids favorite was sledding on the slope right outside. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. This condo had it all and we hope to return!

Perfect size accommodation for our group of 2 adults and 5 college aged students. Plenty of beds, nice large kitchen and seating area for all of us. Super close to ski-in/ski-out.

Great Location! Double wide condo is a great layout to hang out with the family and have friends over. Outdated decor and horrible cooking pans and pots, horrible outdated oven, no dual fridge, limited room for groceries, no formal pantry, expected a gourmet kitchen for this cost!!!! ….but we made it work between the grill and cooking stovetop We paid half as much same time period last year for a gorgeous HOME (not second floor condo) ski in ski out in Beaver CreekPain to half to take everything up and down from second floor location, it a workoutThank you!

We were looking for a roomy, well-equipped summer getaway spot near Aspen. Loved this place. So spacious. Extremely well supplied with kitchen tools, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Two decks! Spots to work and chill. And so close to the Thursday night Snowmass outdoor concert. It was absolutely perfect.

Our family of 12 lived our stay at this beautiful condo. Great views, extra large kitchen and living room. Clean, comfortable and great location!

Fantastic Condo in a Fantastic Location. We were a large family and friend group. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and eating in some night.

The 5/5 condo is extremely well outfitted with everything anyone could want to use. The 10 of us were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Katie and iTrips could not do enough for us. Great place and wonderful customer service.We plan on coming back next year,Really love the slope side accommodation which makes it so easy to ski in for lunch and go back out.

The Condo was great with plenty of room for everyone with a wonderful location right on the slopes. The Condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Our vacation was made more special by this location. We will definitely be back.

We loved Shadowbrook! Great location, beautiful views, nice pool and hot tubs. The condo itself is very large, great for our group of 6. Loved the large kitchen and each bedroom having an ensuite bath! Will definitely stay here again!

Kim’s place is at a fantastic location. The place is well appointed. We had a mini college reunion with 7 friends. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area were perfect for our gathering. We especially liked how clean and organized everything was including the check-in and communication during the trip.

This is the house that you don't want to miss in Snowmass village. The house is beautiful and clean. Kim is very helpful. Check in and out is easy.

Excellent property and stay.

We came in Summer, but this is a true skin in ski out slope side at Snowmass. Two adjacent condos have been merged into one unit, with five bedrooms and five and a half baths. The kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped (not just with what you would expect, but little items like a juicer, waffle iron, and a digital thermometer that helps you make sure your grilling is perfectly done!). It is a short walk up or down to the two commercial centers of Snowmass, and the parking is covered.There was an issue with an electrical short in one of the bathrooms, and the management were immediately responsive and available.

Comfy beds, well appointed condo, large property, great location, great kitchen, awesome pool and hot tub... Overall, a wonderful experience. The VRBO condo team texted several times, asking if our group needed anything, and promptly brought us more clean towels when we asked for them. Otherwise, the condo had everything we needed. We had a medical emergency with one of our family members on the morning of checkout, and the condo management team was very helpful in suggesting that we could have a late checkout so that we had enough time to manage the situation (although we didn't need it).

When you need lots of space with a pool and hot tub while being able to walk to both Snowmass villages, this is the space.

If staying in Snowmass would rent is place again

We truly enjoyed our stay and the location is well placed between both the Snowmass village and the Snowmass mall. You can walk to either and take the gondola between them. The home has every thing we needed while there and enjoyed all of the games that are in the closets. Don’t forget the great pool and hot tubs.

We had a wonderful time with friends and their families. 6 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10 fit comfortably. Great location in Snowmass. We enjoyed all the gondolas, mountain biking, and rafting in the area.

Perfect place for a large “family” of 10-12. Very central and great views. Hosts were excellent and reached out when we checked in to ensure that everything was good. Richard

This place is amazing! Definitely 5 stars. My sisters & I & our families stayed here...the pool was perfect, beds are comfortable, tons of room to eat & relax with 2 balconies. We'll definitely be back!

The place is beautiful the proximity to village express lift is extremely convenient.Enjoyed every second of our stay.Totally recommend this place.You can’t bit the location, and the accommodations especially a 5 bedroom with 5.5 bathrooms is such a rare find.

We stayed in 202/203 for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. The condo was in the perfect location. Every morning just walking out the door and jumping on the slopes was just what we wanted. We could also relax by the fireplace and watch the skiers come up the chair lift and ski down the mountain. Breathtaking views to wake up to with your coffee was also a highlight. Easy to get around without a car, the free city bus ride into Aspen was also very clean. The condo was large, very clean, and had all the kitchen amenities you could think of. The beds were comfortable. It was the perfect cozy place to stay.

We used iTrip for the first time (Oct 2020) and could not have been happier! Orderly, efficient, timely, responsive, nothing but good things to say about them! It helped that we had a great place to stay (Shadowbrook 202/203, Snowmass Village), which was perfect for our family. Great location, lots of room, well organized, we'd definitely stay there again. To be completely candid, the furniture is a bit dated (but you're on vacation, so who cares?), the separate ice maker and balcony heater didn't seem to work, but none of this took away from having a great time. Both Itrip and Shadowbrook 202/203 deserve two thumbs up!

We had a few friends accompany us. Great location close to shops and restaurants. We had our own bathrooms and the views were amazing. Very close to Aspen with our the Aspen price. Would definitely recommend this place and would even like to go back

Very good, except for appliances. Management recommended Incline Sports to rent ski/snowboard equipment. Incline rented my brother a board, bindings & boots. Incline fitted the bindings and stance to my brother, Julian. At the end of the day, Incline called & stated that Julian had taken the wrong board and asked him to find the "right" board, which was left at the Village. Julian refused & stated it was Incline's error. Incline threatened to call the police and attempted to pick up the board from the condo. Entry was denied. Julian called the police, who intervened on his behalf. I texted and talked with you management co., who failed to do anything. (I requested a refund and that the owner of Incline call Julian, with an apology.) Incline should NOT be a preferred vendor.
