The condo was clean, well organized and as described in the listing. Location is great and easy to access from the small gondola with a short walk to the mid mountain mall.

This condo was very clean, comfortable and everything was in perfect working order. It was larger than I expected and the extra twin bed in the dining room that could be easily partitioned off with its own bathroom was a great bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and all sorts of baking dishes and we were able to cook everything we wanted. I loved the location. The shuttle stop could not have been closer. Host was easy to communicate with and everything was very clear. I would definitely return.

We love our annual leaf-pilgrimage to Aspen/Snowmass and have found the perfect condo. It's usually a quiet property but not deserted, spacious pool area and 2 great hot tubs, and plenty of condo space for 4 of us to stretch out, together or separately. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice exercise room, immediate response-time if assistance is needed, decor is just right, not too fussy and not too rustic. Our only complaint is that the pool doesn't open until noon! Such a shame, our kids were pretty bummed.

We stayed here with 6 adults and the location was clean and spacious. The hot tub/pool is right out of the back door, as advertised. The host is very responsive for questions and helped us locate nearby parking for our additional cars - only one space is available at the unit, but there are several lots less than 1/4 mile away that are free in the summer.

My family of five (kids ages 9, 11 and 14) really enjoyed our stay at Kim's condo! The kids loved having their own beds, and the bedroom my husband and I shared was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the cookware we needed to prepare meals and enjoy a cozy night in. And the location was great for exploring Snowmass Village and even taking the bus into Aspen for the day. We also enjoyed having the pool and hot tubs right outside our back deck. We would happily return!

We had a wonderful week in Snowmass at Shadowbrook 402. iTrip made everything very easy from start to finish. The condo was exactly as listed and fully stocked with everything we needed. The decor is dated, especially the sofas but, THE SKI ACCESS from this condo can't be beat. We put our skis on right at the back porch and were on fanny hill within 20 feet. This aspect was more important to us than having nicer decor and having to go up the stairs or walk to the other side of the building to take the elevator. The proximity to the base village and to the mall were great too. You could easily access either for dinner or to pick up/ drop off skis. After skiing the hot tub and heated pool are steps away from the back door which was a bonus. We ordered online from Clark's market (clarksmarket.com) and had food delivered and stocked in the condo upon arrival. Additionally, we ordered alcohol to be delivered from Sundance Liquor (sundancewine.com) which is next-door to Clarks market. At the end of the driveway you can easily catch the #8 shuttle to the market if you choose not to have food/drinks delivered. We have stayed at several other ski/in ski/out properties in Snowmass (Stonebridge, Crestwood, Top of the Village, Capitol Peak and a private home) and this was by far our favorite. We will be back!

This was our third time at Snowmass and the first time in unit 402. The location was awesome. We could ski right up to our patio! Ski locker right down the stairs made it convenient each morning. Hot tub steps away. Just a short walk up to the mall and a few steps down to the base. Quiet complex made for an enjoyable week.The beds were comfortable, and the three bathrooms were good but two were a litte dated. Plenty of towels for the week. The kitchen and living room layout was great and the TVs were easy to operate. Very comfortable couches and dining room seating for 6.We would love to stay there again.

Great property!

Our Snowmass vacation spot was a beautiful getaway! The condo slept all 6 of us perfectly (king , 2 queens, 2 twins, and a pullout futon were available). We had a problem with one of the mattresses and reached out to the owners who responded promptly. We would recommend a more permanent fix for that mattress, but were grateful for a kind and prompt response. We were able to make most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen (plus grilled on the back patio)! The pool and hot tubs out the back door were such a bonus! The property itself is perfectly situated on Snowmass mountain and gives easy access to everything in Snowmass and Aspen. We were definitely comfortable at this Shadowbrook condo and hope to get to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is a true ski in/ski out property and that’s what you’re paying for with this condo. The condo is shabby, dated, dingy and not as clean as it should be. And if you run out of toilet paper, you’re on your own. No additional toilet paper provided. Whoever heard of a vacation rental property NOT providing toilet paper. My party was very disappointed with this unit. I could have rented a similar sized unit with ski in/ski out access that was newly remodeled at Woodrun Place. I’ll not make the mistake of renting this unit again.

Our stay at Shadowbrook 402 was pure bliss. Three days of sunshine followed up with three days of fluffy powder…and great accommodations. We had four adults and three children, and all were accommodated comfortably. Three bathrooms helped, as did he generous-sized great room. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and pans.. Ski in-ski out was super-convenient as was the swimming pool and hot tub. The only minor complaint was that a couple beds squeaked. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

Very easy check in. Great location and value

Stayed 9 nights and found the location, amenities, cleanliness all excellent especially while following precautions during Covid....able to easily order out, walk up or down hill to pick up breakfast and dinner...avoiding eating in crowds. The location on the slopes is an easy ski in ski out....took many of our ski breaks in the condo. And, the iTrip personnel are very attentive to our needs and pleasant to deal with. Will plan to return to the same unit again.

Very convenient! Location is as good as it can be. The apt has everything needed. True ski in ski out. Bbq is great. 10 steps away from pool and jacuzzi. Only suggestion is to change the mattress on the master bedroom as one side caves in.

snowmass is beautiful and right between both villages. We need to go back during snowboard season. great place

Great place to stay for a fun summer trip to Snowmass. Short walk down or up the hill (or quick gondola ride up!) to the village areas with restaurants/shopping. Loved the patio and having the pool just steps away was so nice. Highly recommend and hope we can book a trip back someday!

We very much enjoyed our stay! iTrip was extremely accommodating & communicative, and the property was very comfortable for our family of 5. The ski in/ski out and proximity to the pool couldn't have been better!

We had a wonderful time at Shadowbrook. Great location, close to restaurants, and amenities made the experience special. Well apportioned unit, great for families.

Unit was excellent. Great view, right next to slope and across from pool/hot tub. One story unit and that was HUGE!! After skiing all day, the last thing I want to do is walk stairs! Condo mgmt/staff was excellent... avail. whenever we neede3d them for anything. My only complaint is the John Wayne toilet paper. Make sure to buy some good stuff at the grocery store!

I have been coming to Shadowbrook for the last 30 years. There is not a better location on the mountain. The condo could be updated, especially the beds, but it is worth it when you ski directly to you back patio.

This space could not be better for ski in ski out. 2 steps from door and you’re on the slopes.

Staying at Shadowbrook unit 402 was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 3 teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space, and we LOVED being just steps from the slopes & the hot tubs! The covered parking space was a nice bonus too! We would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay at Shadowbrook 402 on Snowmass Mountain.Location unbeatable, in between Snowmass mall and base village under the skittles gondolaThe staff were very responsive and went out of their way to offer local guidance and support (humidifiers in every room), advice on bus location and taxi value, and knowledge of Aspen mountains.When a few minor things went wrong they came right away (coffee machine replacement, bathroom outlet stopped working).
