Location and condo was great. Neighbors above were obnoxiously loud and late into the night. Sounded like a herd of elephants.

Well equipped efficiently appointed and comfortable space. Close to slopes, hot tub and bus.

This is a fantastic 2br/2ba condo with excellent proximity to everything in snowmass. You are a five min walk to the mall, and a five min drive to Clark's. Great in ground hot tub just outside the front door and excellent swimming pool a 3 min walk down the hill. The laundry room (free) is right next to the unit - very easy access. Parking is free in the summer and a the lot is a two min walk from the front door. During winter, this is practically ski in / ski out based on the proximity of the ski area - you would just have to walk one building length and you are under the small gondola lift.

Great condo! The location was awesome. It was our first time to Snowmass and we really liked where we were. The condo was great! I missed that there wasn’t a washer and dryer but not a big deal. Bedroom space was tight but den and kids rooms were great! We had everything we needed! Would love to come back!

This way exceeded our expectations! It was a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, large living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and large smart TV, large dining room area with a bench and 4 chairs, lots of natural light, wood floors, very well-equiped kitchen (indeed we had breakfast and dinner at the apartment almost every day). It is a very short walk to the slopes, walking to the distance to the ski school/Treehouse (our 2 year old could walk there and back every day), walking distance to the restaurants at the village base/mall, Artisan is a stone's throw away. The grocery store is walking distance and there is a free village shuttle to get back with the groceries. The stop for the free bus to Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk is not even 20 yards away (and that stops at the airport even). We got locked out (our fault) and iTrip was there to open the door within 15 minutes of our call! Everything was clean, plenty of towels.

Simply perfect for our family of 6 (4 children below 7) and grandma who came to help. It is well appointed, kitchen is well-equiped with appliances, we did movie nights on the large TV in the living room on a couple of occasions, great internet (had to work remotely for at least 2 hours every day). nice fireplace, comfortable mattresses. It is near the slopes, we would drop the kids at ski school every morning and walk back, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Bus to Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk stops not 20 yards away (as does the free village shuttle if you do not wish to walk back to the apartment with the groceries). I have been going to Snowmass most years since 2008 and staying at area hotels and this was a much better option: we really enjoyed our stay a lot more and it was significantly less expensive!

Terrace 81 is fantastic. We stayed for 4 nights and had everything we could need. The place is essentially ski in/ski out and right below the Snowmass Mall! Once we got there, we didn’t need to get back into a vehicle—which was ideal after a long trek across the country. There were two items we needed addressed upon arrival, and iTrip was absolutely incredible in response to our requests! ITrip’s communication was amazing and I loved feeling like I could quickly get in touch for anything/everything. We hope to come back soon and we will absolutely be booking with iTrip again and hopefully staying at Terrace 81. So fun!

It's the perfect place for your family to stay in Snowmass. Great location and ammenities.

Clean, easy and convenient. Parking is easy. Walk to the slopes in two minutes. Spa right outside the door.

Fantastic walkable location near hikes, restaurants, free shuttle and Snowmass Village. We had access to a gym, a lovely hot tub set among the garden and the free community washer and dryer. The condo was pristine, the bedrooms comfortable and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pots and utensils for making meals. Thank you!!

Our stay was great. Having children that live in the Snowmass and Aspen area. TERRACEHOUSE 81 gave us the flexibility to spend time as a family and the amenities to have some quiet time as well. Using public transportation is free and easy bit also having a car through the airport allowed for day trips.

Superb location, short walk to the slopes to ski down to the lifts or walk to Snowmass village. Unit is nicely appointed with updated furniture, bedding, decor and flooring. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could need to prepare a meal. A beautiful outdoor hot tub, grill area and fire pit are just steps away. Ski storage just outside the unit. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. Description of the units is accurate. If we are lucky enough to come back to snow mass we will gladly rent the same unit again.

We loved our stay. The location is perfect for getting to the slopes, mall, and Snowmass Village. Really no need for a car. The place was perfect for 4 people. We love the fireplace and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again on a ski trip.

Terracehouse 81 was the perfect home base for our family week in Snowmass-Aspen. It is the perfect location to the slopes, Snowmass village, and Snowmass mall. The unit is just like the pictures. We especially loved the fireplace which made the family room so cozy while we were watching NCAA basketball games at night. We also loved the awesome hot tub right outside the door. Laundry was right next door and not a problem not being in the unit. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Great place, great location

We just recently stayed at the Terracehouse for a week. The accommodations were very nice, clean, centrally located, and the ski in ski out aspects were absolutely fabulous! Would rent from these folks anytime we are in Snowmass.

Wonderful condo only steps from the slopes. Perfect location. Outdoor locker for ski gear and steps away from restaurants, cafes, stores, etc. Condo is well equipped and sleeps many people. I was traveling with a group of 7 women and we had plenty of bed space plus 2 bathrooms. Good communication from property manager. An overall wonderful visit!

Staff was great, rooms had humidifiers total bonus! Walking distance to slopes made it ski in and ski out. Hot tub right outside unit and hotel next door allowed for quick coffee in am and breakfast buffet with kids!

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as advertised, from the location, the layout of the condo, to the amenities offered. I was skeptical about the fact that it’s registered with a property management company, but we loved the constant communication, clarity of instructions, and ability to get quick answers if we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was literally spotless! Incredibly clean! Cozy beds and sheets. Perfect area, not too far from the road so it’s easy to unload and pack back up! Right across from the hot tub too which is a nice plus! Definitely would stay here again. The check in and out was super easy and the communication was superb!

This place was great a great spot for our family of 5. Close to everything. Access to pool & workout facility. Everything you need really as we were just there to sleep while we enjoyed all the outdoor activities Snowmass has to offer. Would book again.

This condo provides the perfect amount of coziness, space, and amenities for the whole family! I was pleased with the kitchen to cook meals and the beds were comfortable. The location is also ideal - very quick access to the Snowmass Village, lots of trails, and Aspen is a short commute away. We will be back again!

100 yard walk to slopes, 3 blocks to mall, 20 feet to hot tub.Ground floor. Kinda dark for lack of windows and bad lighting.

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and very comfortable, with everything you need. Very nice to have access to the pool and gym next door at the Stonebridge. The BBQ area had a nice hot tub and table & chairs which was very close to the condo. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with our kids! We brought our mountain bikes and hit the trails. The pool was great for an afternoon swim and the kids loved the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Snowmass and the condo was wonderfully. It was fully equipped with all the right amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were humidifiers for each bedroom, comfortable beds, nice linens, clean bathrooms, large soaps/shampoo/conditioner bottles in bathrooms. The hot tub on the property was perfect after a long day skiing and was really nice and private with the rocks making it two separate areas. The condo was close to the base and there was a bus stop right outside the unit to head up to the main Snowmass area with restaurants and shopping (short but steep walk if preferred), and it was a short walk to the base of the mountain to start your ski-day. We would definitely stay here again the next time in Snowmass!

We loved our stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The double over double bunks were a treat for our 6 & 9yo. The kitchen has all the needed utensils, pans, etc. Plenty of towels, the beds were very comfortable and had LOTS of nice pillows. Proximity to mountain to ski down to ski school + easy access to Village Mall + next door to Stonebridge + hot tub across the sidewalk = perfect location for us! We hope to be back next year! xo

Perfect location. Hot tub is right across from the front door. Basically ski in ski out. Only negative is that you have to deal with stairs- not ideal with a stroller or elderly parents. However we would 100% stay there again.

My family had a fantastic stay in Snowmass. Apartment was so cozy and well equipped, which turned out to be a winner as after long skiing days and use of the hot tub we preferred to stay in the apartment rather than having dinner outside. Communication and service of iTrip team is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Cute two-bedroom condo with queen-sized bunk beds in the second bedroom, perfect for two teens! Located a 60 step walk to the slopes and a 5 step walk to the hot tub. Cozy fireplace and well-appointed kitchen. The management company, especially Katie, was super-helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would stay there again.

Great cozy unit for an active vacation! Fire was great, kitchen well stocked, unit was very clean, hot tub is just outside unit for easy access. Bed was comfy!

The place is impeccable. The proximity to restaurants and other amenities cannot be beat. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience the Snowmass./ Aspen lifestyle.

Everything exactly as described. Good location, but my guess is parking is extra in winter and probably limited. Accessible to everything and excellent restaurants close by. Would be perfect for ski in ski out visit. Lots of summer activities, pool hot tub, etc.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location allowed us to enjoy Aspen, Snowmass, and Basalt. The location also allowed us to visit 3 of our children who live nearby. Family dinners, card games, and puzzles were a special treat.

This condo was perfectly located halfway between Snowmass Mall and the base village. The Artisan Ice Cream shop at base is really yummy as well as the Crepe place.It was so easy to navigate up and down the hill by gondola and we found the bus systems to be reliable and easy to use when visiting Aspen and the beautiful Maroon Bells-a must see!!!The huge TV in the master bedroom was a nice bonus! The couch in the living area was comfy and the double bunk beds worked out well for my college-aged daughters. We would definitely stay here again. Hiking the trails was awesome!

The condo is about 100 yards off of the slope and about a 5 minute walk to Snowmass village mall! Everything was incredible easy to get to. The hot tub is also right outside the front door! The location of the property is 10/10! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook your meals. It made it super easy to ski in to the condo for lunch!

We were very hapoy when we opened the door to the property. Patrick helped us with some additional last minute requests the last day.The rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. I will recommend this place in a heart beat. Location was great and very comfortable place to stay with friends or family.

Kim's place is perfectly situated near both the slopes and Snowmass Mall, yet feels spacious and cozy. It's ideal for a ski or hiking trip, and the perfect spot to stretch your legs at the end of a long day.

This property was perfect for my group of five people. The location was a five minute walk from the mall, which has several nice restaurants and shops to enjoy. Getting to the mountain is even easier. It took about two minutes to walk from the condo to the mountain. The location itself was very nice and clean, and the owner was extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Very clean and comfortable! Spacious for a family. We really enjoyed the view out the window and the fireplace. Bedrooms were quiet and coat racks / shoe holders were a nice touch! Being from Denver, we stay at a lot of mountain condo AirBnBs and this was the best we’ve stayed at so far.
