Great spot close to everything. Very well appointed. Its on the 3rd floor with no elevator and upphill from main street so great to get in shape. All in all we liked it and would come back.

Good condo for an Aspen stay. Clean, cozy. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms for groups. Nice appliances for at home cooking. Good location proximity to town. Great communication. Would definitely stay again! Only slightly negative thing was: It’s uphill so be prepared for a good walk, if you don’t have a car or ride. Also on 3rd floor with no elevator. But these things are pretty typical for Aspen.

I was very impressed with iTrip's communication, professionalism and reliability. They were accommodating and helpful upon arrival, and responsive to all of my emails and requests. I will definitely use iTrip again for our next trip out west.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Communication from host was timely and informative and check in very simple. The location could not have been more convenient both for access to slopes and to walk into town. The condo was spacious and had a very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend it for a family or group of up to six guests.

Great value. The building is a little older than the photos would indicate, but recently renovated and is in great condition! Nice Mountain Views. Excellent location behind the St. Regis.

This three bedroom property was perfect for my family during our July 4th visit to Aspen. We loved the location and loved being able to walk into town for shopping, dinners, hikes up Ajax, and more. We did not mind the stairs up to the third floor...good exercise! The parking space really is low, as advertised. We were not able to park our SUV in the space due to low ceiling, but itrip gave us a parking pass for the streets, so it was no problem. The property was clean and everything worked well. We enjoyed the balcony with the mountain view. Thank you for everything!

Lovely 3 bedroom with modern upgrades. Beautiful shower and kitchen. Comfy beds. We didn’t drive at all. We just parked when we arrived and walked all over Aspen the whole time. It’s so convenient in the summer and probably more so in the winter If you’re skiing. The rental has everything we needed. Even the toiletries were great. Had coffee on the balcony every morning and looked at the beautiful mountain in our backyard. The only thing the condo needs is some more window screens. This isn’t the Aspen of 40 years ago. It gets warm. You’ll be fine at night but the back sliding door didn’t have a screen which would have helped cool us down. The bathroom and one of the bedrooms needed one too. We opened the window and a bee flew in. :) the last thing you want is a giant bird. Other than that, it was all perfect!

The location can’t be beat. We parked our car and walked everywhere over the 3 days. It’s in the middle of downtown. Condo had everything we needed and it was lovely. The itrip people took care of getting us our street parking pass bc our car wouldn’t fit in the garage. They were immediately available if we had any questions and were genuinely concerned with making sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend

Nice property. Clean. Excellent communication with management company who immediately responded to a few minor issues. Nice to have a dedicated, garaged parking spot.One caveat: If you are traveling with older relatives, the walk up the street to the property is fairly steep. Also, there are three flights of stair steps between ground level and the property.

Great space in an awesome location and a great view of the mountain!

This property is in a great location, just a few blocks from Wagner Park and there is a hiking path right behind the unit. (We stayed in summer). Bedrooms were all a good size and the balcony was nice to sit on and face out to the mountain. The hosts were available and very responsive. We were very happy with our stay!

We used iTrip last year and again this year. I would highly recommend them. The app makes everything so easy and they are always available for questions or anything that we needed before and during our stay. Even once we arrived in Aspen, if I had a question or needed something locally, they responded immediately. I am already planning summer 2022 w them! Book w them!!!
