First time we've visited Aspen area for skiing, and we were so impressed with the variety of the mountains. The house was perfectly situated in the Snowmass resort with an incredible view of the mountain. There were 8 of us in the house and it never felt crowded. `The room layout enabled a lot of separation when needed, but a really large common area as well. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Absolutely fantastic house! Views are amazing and real wood fireplace gives you the real ski lodge feel. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

It was our first time in Colorado in the last six years, and our first time in Snowmass. We did not know what to expect when we booked our reservation. The home was perfect! Sometimes I wished I would've stayed indoors all day just to enjoy the magnificent views from each room in the house. Our teenagers loved it too. They didn't miss our Florida home (within blocks from the beach) for a minute! This home is the perfect vacation home when visiting Snowmass and creating memories with your friends and loved ones.

This is a peaceful, comfortable, beautiful home with fabulous views! Great floor plan - there are two masters upstairs that are separate from each other and all other rooms. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, two full baths, pool table room, full laundry and garage access.A large, well equipped kitchen with big dining table, large living room with fireplace, and study are on the middle floor. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is good quality.’ There are massive decks that must be fabulous in the summer!The management company was really great with excellent communication. Check in was a breeze and the couple of questions we had were answered promptly by someone who knew the home. We go to Snowmass 2-3 times per year and have stayed in some lovely homes. This one ranks with the best! We will definitely stay here again!

Kim was lovely- extremely responsive and gave clear instructions. The house was wonderful! Clean, plenty of tools/gadgets/etc in the kitchen which was great because we cooked all our meals there. Hot tub was very clean, easy to use, and had a fantastic view. Absolutely loved using steam shower and sauna and appreciate that there were humidifiers in all the closets.My one note to guests is if you have kids just check the floor plan— just be aware each king bed is up separate stairs and then the other rooms are in the basement and near doors that lead outside! So quite a hike for kids if you’re worried about that but plenty of room in each king BR’s large closet or loft for a pack n play to have somewhat private space if needed! We didn’t have any issues but it may be tricky for kids of certain ages.

Beautiful, spacious house with amazing views. Exactly as pictured. Hot tub was perfect at night and super clean. Kitchen with excellent appliances and plenty of refrigerator space. Master shower large with 2 heads. Beds comfortable. Quick, easy drive to Clark’s market. Neighborhood quiet. Saw numerous wildlife on daily runs - mama bear and baby, deer, birds, and a bunny. Would definitely return.

This house is beautiful and in an excellent location. The views are spectacular! The house is large and spread out so people can have their “own space” and come together in the comfortable communal areas. The hot tub is lovely, the kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook, and the house was very clean! Wonderful quiet neighborhood at the end of the road, we were fortunate to watch the aspens change during our stay from the huge windows! The deck and outdoor areas of the house are phenomenal, the house worked well for children. Definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay was phenomenal. The house is spacious and the views are even better than they look. The hot tub was very fun to have, and the outdoor patio space is beautiful. Itrip was the most helpful management company I have ever rented through. They checked in with us quickly, and I was able to mention a broken outdoor light bulb by text, that they repaired instantly. I also left an item at the house which they returned to me in aspen, I didn't even have to go to the office to get it. Communication was great - so easy to get a hold of. No crazy check out rules. Will only rent with them in the future when it's an option!

Great property, would definitely recommend and loved all of the outdoor patios

There was no 240 V service to the house, so we did not have the use of the jacuzzi, sauna, dryer and oven for half of our stay.At times we had several trucks in the driveway, blocking our in/out. They had to lay a new line, and in the process piled snow in front of the house, making access difficult.The workers told us one day that the power to the whole house would be cut off at 9AM. I told them we had people at the house who needed wifi for work, and could they delay. The worker said no, They could not wait.This is not something we should have to endure at the rates we were paying. The management company, while reasonably responsive, gave us only a token credit toward our stay. I would have been better off renting something without a sauna and jacuzzi for lot less money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and there are lots of fun things to enjoy at the property and nearby. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, sauna, pool table and games. The landscaping and view of the mountains is gorgeous. The one question we had for the property manager was fully answered with a prompt and friendly response. We highly recommend this excellent place.

We stayed in this home for my Mom's Birthday. We had 3 generations of the family stay and it was a great house that accommodated us all really well. We stayed in one of the Master's that was able to accommodate our porta crib for our 7 month old. The other 3 rooms were nice and everyone had a great time. Between the indoor and outdoor communal areas, there is plenty of room for socializing, playing board games etc. The neighborhood is really nice and relatively private so we went for morning walks - we even saw 2 Bears make their way through the back yard, a coyote and deer. The drive to Snowmass and Aspen were easy and overall we really enjoyed our stay. When we needed things from the property manager, they were prompt at responding and providing a solution or response. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

The home is in a great location with all the amenities you need. The home does get somewhat hot in the summer, making it difficult to be comfortable in the evening. The A/C in the master and guest bedrooms makes sleeping pleasant, but the dry air makes breathing difficult. We enjoyed the barbecue area and balconies, where we enjoyed eating and having fun with the family.Management was responsive, and directions made arriving and enjoying the home easy.

Great views- lots of space indoors and out. Perfect for our family gathering.

I can't say enough about this wonderful home! The location and view are epic. It's so nice it makes it hard to leave to go sightseeing and vacation things. The beds are comfortable and there's lots of living space. There's wonderful outside decks and space to sit with heat lamps, fire pit and hot tub. It's basically like a spa house. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication was the best I've ever experienced in all the airbnb's I've stayed at.I highly recommend this home! And I hope I have a chance to come back.

We have now stayed in this property TWO times and enjoyed all of its amenities ! The location is perfect for a Snowmass vacation or stay (less then 5 mins to the mountain) and secluded enough that you feel like a local living in Aspen. Views are breathtaking.

We had a great stay! This is our 3rd stay in Snowmass and by the far the best house we’ve rented. A couple things that stand out are that the house is at the end of a street so there is no through traffic. Second, the view is unbelievable. Panoramic mountain view where you can even see the Snowmass lifts and runs in the distance. There are two awesome master suites, and then two bedrooms downstairs. Everything in the house feels high end and well equipped. The hot tub sits on a front deck with gorgeous views of the mountains. There is a steam shower and dry sauna and pool table. This house has it all! We def want to stay here again!!

The house is spacious and comfortable. We were all able to lounge in the living areas comfortably, watching the Winter Olympics each night. The kitchen is well furnished and we were able to cook easily for our breakfast and dinner. We took advantage of the hot tub each night- gorgeous views of Snowmass mountain and sunsets. The location is great because of the proximity to all the mountains, especially Snowmass. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. And the staff is extremely helpful, which made the experience a 10.

Upon arrival, we were accommodated early check-in, which allowed to rest and readjust to the altitude. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed the spacious home and its amenities. We also appreciate the propert managers responding to our issues immediately. Overall, we had a great time enjoying the home and it’s beautiful views of Snowmass!

Wonderful house, clean, comfortable. 6 minutes to Snowmass, 25 minutes to Aspen Mountian and Highland Aspen. Outrages view.

Like many of these homes the layout is a bit quirky, but a great setup for a family. The property manager did a great job and we would not hesitate to rent this home again. The home is stunning and the views are breathtaking. The outdoor area is spacious, well designed, and beautiful. We really enjoyed the patio heaters! Plus the mid-stay cleaning service was a nice touch. great place and would love to come again. Just a note, the TVs are not smart TVs....so if it's a must, just bring a Roku. Otherwise, enjoy the gorgeous location. Our family really took advantage of the location and mountain views.

What an amazing home! The views were spectacular! plenty of room for a group of couples & everyone had their privacy! Comfortable beds & beautifully decorated! Easy drive to Aspen & airport! Kim was easy to communicate with & very responsive. The home is in a perfect location and we will definitely come back to visit!

Everything about the house is great, we will be back. Killer views of the valley from the great room. Massive front patio with couches + heaters, large table for meals. Gas fed grill made some mean steaks. Hottub was great. Spent a lot of time in the living room relaxing and playing cards in the dining room.Bedrooms were all high end & very comfortable…plus large fans, humidifiers etc. Well spaced for privacy and double masters with AC is a rare find unless you’re staying on red mtn. Billiards room in the basement + Sonos speakers was a hit with the boys, ladies loved the kitchen since we did some cooking and it was all WOLF appliances and high end cookware. Semi-working vacation, wifi was good enough for zoom calls and plenty of desks throughout the house. Overall 10/10, top of the cul de sac but still easy access to town. We were pretty needy and iTrip was very accommodating and made a few trips for special requests. Great to work with. Cya again soon!

Property was nice. The home needs air conditioning in the main part of the home as it is very hot in the summer.

We had a fantastic stay at the top of Lemond! We have stayed at many VRBOs and the management for this house was the best that we’ve experienced! The home outdoor spaces are even better than pictured. We were 2 families with 2 children each ages 9-12 and it was perfect!
