This condo was truly amazing! When I say it’s a full kitchen it’s a full kitchen with everything you need to prep and STORE your leftovers. We were a group of 4 and we hung out at the kitchen island most of the time! 1 small flight up which was easy for us to move our luggage and ski gear. Two blocks away from town. Didn’t rent a car. But be prepared to walk uphill from town to condo ;)

Location for skiing is fabulous. Literally steps to 1-A lift, and steps in to town. Condo has comfortable beds, furniture. Well-stocked kitchen. Thoughtful other amenities— fans and air purifiers, night lights, washer & dryer. LOVED HAVING A COVERED GARAGE SPACE, especially during winter snowstorms and the World Cup races. We were just steps to the World Cup finish line and free grandstands viewing area! FABULOUS!

Great location to the 1-A lift! LITERALLY, Just steps away! And SUPER location for the World Cup finish-line viewing! Grandstands were just steps away, too!No view from inside unit, but we were hardly ever there, so it didn’t matter! Very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen (utensils, pots/pans, etc), and great to have a washer & dryer! Perfect for what we wanted/needed. LOVED HAVING A COVERED, GARAGE PARKING SPACE, especially during heavy snowstorm and World Cup Weekend !!!

We had a great stay in Aspen. Everything was just as described when we arrived. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had about ski rentals and local amenities. The location was also amazing since it was walking distance to everything. I look forward to staying again in the future!

I wanted a local "Staycation" in Aspen and rented this adorable condo for a few nights. The location is fantastic! The large living room couch made lounging so comfy. And the kitchen had everything I needed. The curtains in the primary bedroom block out all the light and I slept in later than I have in years. And the Gray Malin art on the walls is perfect for Aspen. I will definitely be returning!

My daughter, wife and I visited Aspen and stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom Condo blocks from downtown Aspen. The home was beautifully decorated and a joy to stay in. Everything was Top Notch. Appliances, furniture, bedding, linens - All the Best. We would stay here again and plan to do so next Fall.

Kim and her group were very responsive with our questions. The unit is equipped with top line kitchen appliances. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will look forward to returning.

Really enjoyed this property. Well managed. Great location. Convenient parking.

My family (including a toddler) have wanted to visit Aspen since we moved to Colorado, and Kim's place made that both feasible and fun for us. We loved the location. Quiet (the week before Labor Day) and serene, and very walkable to the cobblestone streets of downtown Aspen. (Just know there is a very steep incline to get from downtown to the unit, which may present a challenge or need for a Plan B for folks in wheelchairs, with strollers, and weaker walkers. The inside of the unit is actually better than the photos show--airy, well appointed, spacious, comfortable. The surfaces of the furniture (beds, couches, counter stools) and appliances (showers, stoves, fridge, etc.) felt high-end and not cheap, which you can't ever tell from the pictures! Because we brought a toddler, we knew our nights would end early, and that we'd want a comfy place to sprawl out and watch movies with a cocktail. The TV is huge and nice with all the streaming platforms (just log in for yourself) and the couch is big and comfy, easy to veg out on after a day in town. The window A/C units can get the unit COLD if you need it, which is great. Parking was convenient, but definitely pay attention to the height limit: we drove a little sedan and it is very hard for me to imagine having a taller SUV or truck in that same space--very low clearance in the garage, but totally fine for sedans. Overall, this is a super professional system that Kim and co. run. Elite communication leading up to the trip. Everything in the unit has been thought out and is clean and functional. Brava and bravo to the whole team.

Very clean property, at edge of walkable distance, but great value and quality.

Great walking location and very close to lift.Be sure to know garage can not hold a large car. Walls are thin, you can hear neighbors.Great unit and location.

Love the condo, great location, short walks to Aspen restaurants and bars, Shadow Mountain ski lift is right outside the door, a very short walk and easy to ski back. All amenities in condo have been updated, bathrooms new and clean. All kitchen appliances nice and new, great big kitchen island to gather around. Wonderful condo, 5 stars.

Very nice place, perfect for 5, a little tight for 6 but we made it work. Great facility, location and very clean and nice. Bathrooms very clean and look new. Kitchen had everything, very useful for cooking in the condo which we did. All of us loved it, thanks!!

The Airbnb was perfect for our group. The communication was easy and very accommodating. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated and kept up with. We’d definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The layout is great, the bathrooms are terrific, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances, and the couch is roomy and great for post-ski napping. Also the beds are very comfortable. It's an easy walk to the gondola or a very short walk to Lift 1A. The neighborhood is quiet even during the busy Christmas/New Years weeks. Perfect for small families or two couples. The crew at iTrip Vacations is helpful and responsive. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspen. The condo is very spacious, modern and has comfortable furniture and beds. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the heated bathroom floors! The location is fantastic - for skiing, shopping and restaurants. Underground parking with an assigned spot was an added bonus. Kim was a great host, and we will definitely be back!
