Fantastic host and location in Aspen. Clean, walkable, beautiful.

The home is nicely updated with a bathroom for each bedroom, which is what we required. The location was perfect for us with compelling views from all the rooms. We normally stay at the St Regis, but the hotel was booked for some event. However, having a living room and kitchen was a nice change and we may try and do the same thing again next year instead of the St Regis. Absolutely no complaints!

We had a great time and loved the unit - extremely convenient location (4 blocks walk to downtown and right near the gondola & hiking trials). Itrip was super responsive & helpful - the entire check in and check out process was extremely smooth. The tennis courts have great views as well. We would have also loved to use the pool & hot tub but the apartment complex is awaiting for city permit. Overall, definitely recommend it and would also stay here next time in Aspen.

We loved our stay at Mountain #14. The location up against the hill…ski in/out was very convenient! Also, garage parking is always nice in the snow. Checkin was easy and streamline. Staff very accommodating & responsive to any questions/concerns!

Our group enjoyed our stay at Mountain Queen #14. Ski in/out is always a huge bonus! The iTrip staff was very responsive to any questions, needs or concerns. The location relative to the town was nice as well. The garage parking was very convenient and always a bonus with the snow. We would definitely want to come back again next year!! Highly recommend this rental...you won't be disappointed.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time in Aspen. The mountain queen is right in town, which made it easy for our family to walk to lunches and dinner. Our condo was clean and fully stocked! Everything was wonderful! 10/10 recommend

5 stars - location is amazing for access to mountain trails and easy stumble down to St Regis for drinks/food. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Didn’t use tv’s/kitchen during stay but seemed well appointed. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at the Mountain Queen. The condo is laid out in a very functional way. We had plenty of living/dining space to share. The kitchen was better equipped than any other place I've stayed. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. We knew from the pictures that we would have steps to climb to get inside. There are, in fact, 40 steps from the parking area to the front door. Fortunately, they all have handrails and anti-slip surfaces! This is not something that is a deal breaker, but nice to know, especially since we had some older members of our party. Also, the Mountain Queen is at the top of a hill, so it's an easy walk into town, but a little more challenging coming back to town.Still, a beautiful place to stay and I don't regret our choice at all.

We enjoyed the VRBO. Great location and property management was easy to work with. Carpets are a little aged but overall clean and good layout.

We had a FABULOUS stay at the Mountain Queen! The condo is well laid out, everything was clean. The beds were REALLY comfortable and the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I've used in a rental. We had a variety of pots and pans and plenty of dishes of different sizes. The only negative is getting into the condo. The complex sits at the top of a hill and once you climb the hill, you have 40 exterior steps to go up to get inside. Fortunately, all the steps have hand rails and slip resistance. We knew from the photos that there would be steps, but not how many. It's fine for an active group, but if I'd realized I think I would have split my one big bag into two smaller bags that would be easier to carry up the stairs. (Especially since I was also carrying my parents things.)

Excellent location right at the chair lift! Was awesome for skiing! Also a short walk into town for shopping and restaurants! We had a wonderful time at Kim's place!!

This place was better than we even expected! Perfect location walkable to everything we wanted to do in town. Beautiful morning views of the mountain. Could not have asked for a better spot! So thankful to the itrip staff who made the trip seamless and easy!

This location is premier. The property was clean and large. Beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom of the mountain side. Walkable to all shops and restaurants downtown and the Aspen Mountain ticket office.

Wonderful home in excellent location. Keep an eye on the oven/range as it is acting up.

Excellent property. Well outfitted and set up for family or friends. Two primary bedrooms with baths made it perfect for two couples. No debating about better bedroom. Unit is a little up hill but we were four 65 plus travelers and had no problem going up and down multiple times a day.

Beautiful condo directly on the mountain. Gorgeous pool the kids played in everyday. Easy short walk to town. Return is uphill so could be difficult for people with limited mobility. Would definitely recommend.

Was beautiful in the summer and I imagine would be idyllic during the winter. The management company was clear and responsive with all communication. This property's location is ideal for ski vacationers -- and for summertime vacationers like me and my friends! We loved being nestled into the mountain side, while still being close to downtown and the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. What we also loved about this property: The flawless communications with the owners. They provided a thorough online guidebook that covered everything from how to access the condo to recommendations for entertainment. What's more: I don't think we ever waited more that a few minutes for an answer to a text question. The condo itself is well laid out -- three bedrooms positioned for quiet and privacy within the floorpan, private and well-stocked bathrooms for each, lots of space for clothes and storage, comfortable beds, comfortable living room space. Note that we didn't use the kitchen for much more than coffee, so we can't comment on its utility. Like the rest of the home, it was clean and well maintained. Guests should be aware that there are a good number of stairs to access the condo. Summer guests note that the outdoor deck is not really furnished for hanging out (a grill and some rudimentary benches). Yet -- we were very pleased with our stay!
