This tastefully decorated one bedroom condo in the heart of downtown Aspen could not be a more tranquil and private place to call home during your vacation to Aspen. Recently remodeled to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, this basement level condo is ideal for travelers looking for a cool, quiet getaway. The condo is located down one level from the pool area with a hot tub, gas grill, and lounge furniture literally a staircase away.

The soothing colors and inviting decor creates a warm and relaxing living space to unwind after a day of enjoying all that Aspen has to offer. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to dine in or just enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to ski Aspen Mountain, just 1.5 blocks away or catch the shuttle to one of the other mountains, also just 1.5 blocks away. The basement level bedroom offers a quiet place to get a great night's rest, so welcome after a long day of adventures. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit, a wonderful amenity for this cozy retreat.

The Alpenblick condos are located just 1.5 blocks from the heart of downtown Aspen allowing for quick and convenient access to the grocery, restaurants, shops, Aspen Mountain and Rubey Park Transit Station where you can catch free shuttles to the Maroon Bells and any of the other 3 ski areas. This condo is a great vacation rental choice any time of year!

Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 12 miles from Snowmass Village.

Had a great stay at Alpenblick in Aspen. Close to town, can walk to everything. Unit is very nice and right next to the great pool and hot tub! Unit is well appointed with everything you would need for a great stay. Would recommend staying here!

This place was amazing! Very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The check in process was so easy and I was well communicated with. Several check ins while I was visiting as well to ensure everything was going smooth. I will 100% book here again next time I visit Aspen!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had all the amenities you need and it was very clean. We stayed with our 9 year old daughter who slept in the pull out sofa. It was within walking distance to everything in downtown Aspen. It is a basement apartment, which may have been in the listing, but I didn’t realize that. It made it a little warm since air didn’t circulate easily through the windows and there isn’t an air conditioner, but we were there during an unseasonably warm summer. I don’t think that would be an issue very often. Also, there was some work going on in the apartment above us, which was noisy. But, for the price, it was a great spot.

Came to Aspen for a conference and this worked out as a very clean and comfortable place to stay that was walking distance from St. Regis, as well as a lot of activities (john denver sanctuary, bike shops, restaurants, hiking trails like Ute, rio grande trail, hunter creek etc). The hosts were also communicative, friendly and flexible.
