Snowmass 3 Bedroom Private Hot Tub 131

This is a well appointed condo that is nicely decorated and well equipped. It has a nice grill and outdoor dining table for those beautiful summer evenings. It has a six place dining area off the kitchen and another table that is suitable for cards if you wish. We ate there, as were are only two and the view was prettier. The kitchen has nice dishes, wine glasses and high ball glasses. I mention these because we have rented many condos in Aspen and this is the first time they had nice wine glasses. Itrip the management company were beyond fabulous. Anytime we needed anything (like the propane tank needed changing) they were there same day. Always friendly and so helpful. Best management company ever. We have rented in Aspen/Snowmass for five summers and they were better than all of them by a mile. We would rent this condo again every summer.

Very nice house. It has all the basic services well covered and easy to operate. Good location as long as you have a car. Check-in at 4PM is a problem. They don’t let you drop your bags before, lack of flexibility to address ordinary concerns of their guests.

If you are willing to spend a couple of minutes post-trip dealing with the managers as they try to haggle you out of an extra cleaning fees, definitely worth the stay. The property itself is excellent, and conveniently located (two minutes away from the bottom of snowmass base village). Excellent rooms and bathrooms. Some minor damage when arriving that was properly addressed including broken heater and window handle. But overall property is very well maintained and mostly new. We had a service animal for one of the guests who was excellently trained and consistently walked outside. This obviously was all agreed and discussed with the owners prior to booking the place. Upon departure we left the home in clean and excellent conditions. A day and a half after we checked out, they started messaging us directly (away from the VRBO app) making accusations and stating we left the house a mess, reeking of dog pee and full of stains. Obviously not true… the only item stained was a duvet cover we dropped coffee on, left washing, and advised upon leaving.They failed to provide pictures of the damages they were accusing us of and in the end agreed not to charge any additional fees. Anyways it’s a shame that for a few extra bucks on such and amazing property and lovely vacation they take this attitude and try ruining your post vacation feel. It’s an already pricey stay and destination as it is, and to have such unfounded accusations be made for a few extra bucks seems way out of line. My advice is, make sure to film the grounds before leaving or have them meet you onsite before you check out.

We had a lovely stay at Snowmass 3 Bedroom Private Hot Tub 131. Location was perfect with easy access to the village center, mall, and Snowmass village base. House was easy to access and had lovely views. Gazing at the stars from the hot tub was amazing. Bedding was comfortable and living area was spacious. Would highly recommend!

Amazing home in a central location to all the slopes. The home was even more lovely than the photos. And the home was outfitted in just enough tech to make things super easy. We will def be back!

Property was in a great location close to Snowmass base for our ski trip. Very clean with plenty of amenities included.

We loved the view and the home! The hot tub worked great! Note there are 20 stairs uphill to get to the condo/unit and a total of 67 stairs and about 100 yard walk to the village shuttle. It doesn't take long but would be an issue for older people or young kids with ski boots!

The unit looked exactly like the photos! It was beautiful and clean. The hosts were very responsive and proactive in making sure we enjoyed our time spent. They had booklets with recommendations for the area and deals for local activities. It was amazing!

The Airbnb is very beautiful and in a great location. It’s our 2nd time staying there and it still continues to wow us with the views and the Airbnb itself. Kim was very helpful and gave a ton of recommendations and information which really helped maximize our time there. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a great stay in Snowmass!

Great property! Beautiful location. Easy access to walking trails. Enjoyed the hot tub and the extra towels. Ice maker didn't work but the property management responded fast with bags of ice and ice cube trays! Thanks for a nice place to stay.

Beautiful facility--lots of large windows and natural light. Convenient walk up the hill to grocery, good location for hikes. It's not unusual for Airbnb sites not to live up to the photos, but this one certainly did. Plenty of cookware, dishware, other amenities. Never felt we needed to make any requests. We hope to be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this location tucked into the trees at the end of the complex. We hosted 15 people for dinner one night and were all able to sit comfortably in the living room. Nice outside seating/lounging area. Fantastic kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms downstairs with ample closet space. Open floor plan upstairs. We loved that we were about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Aspen. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our two families to relax after some long days exploring Aspen . The itrip team was awesome and went out of their way to make the experience that much better. Brian, Patrick and the entire team were outstanding. Quick and knowledgeable responses, these guys are true professionals.

Great place to stay near the slopes! Kitchen was small, but functional and well stocked. Hot tub was hot and clean. Had everything we needed. For the price, this place was amazing. 2 minute drive to the gondola. Would stay again.

Wry clean, and great complex maintenance!.

Kim is an absolute Super-host and the home is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet location. We received very timely, prompt, and helpful communication throughout our stay. The surroundings are stunning and the interior of the home was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. The only watch-out is that some of the blinds, sliding doors, and cabinets don’t open easily. It made us cautious during our stay since some things worked perfectly and other things didn’t. Aside from that, it’s a gorgeous home and we’d highly recommend!

We enjoyed our Holiday break and our place was lovely and peaceful.

The house was perfect, looked better in person. The views were amazing. Also the communication was amazing, perfect response timeframes. Property manager had to come to do a quick reset for the Wi-Fi, he was super friendly and quick. Thank you again for allowing me and my guest to stay at your property.

We love going to Snowmass Village and our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! Kim was very responsive and ensured everything went flawlessly from check in, to skiing other activities and all the way to checkout. it snowed a few times while we were there and by 7am all of the paths were cleared so you could walk down the paths without any issues! The Airbnb itself was beautiful and truly was as amazing as it looks in the pictures! Highly recommend staying here if you go to Aspen!

Convenient, comfortable and clean! Had a wonderful early fall stay in Aspen/Snowmass and we're so happy we chose this property. The unit was set up beautifully and located in a private, quiet and well-maintained area. The home was immaculate with everything in working order, and communication regarding check-in/out and anything else we could need was great. Better than a hotel, by far - the hot tub was an awesome bonus! We were a stone's throw from the hot air balloon festival and came to town just in time to watch the Aspen leaves turn yellow. Had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful & well decorated home. We were very comfortable & had everything we needed. Super quiet location. The hot tub was extremely clean so we enjoyed soothing our tired legs there. Well stocked & our hosts were kind & communicative.

Our group (two families with infants) spent a weekend at the Meadow Ranch townhome. Bedroom and top floor layout was great to entertain, have the kids nap and adults to sleep in. Fully equiped kitchen, espresso machine ready with coffee beans were exactly what we wanted!

Beautiful place , very well equipped , clean and nicely decorated. Quiet and pleasant to sit outdoors on the patio with a lovely breeze and a wonderful view. The location is super with a beautiful walk to snowmass village and close to Anderson ranch arts centre. Highly recommend.

Great stay ! Had a beautiful view off the balcony as well as very close to town. The large windows were amazing with letting in light making the house feel cozy and open !

Absolutely beautiful property, quiet and comfortable. The decor and overall design of the house gave space to cook, relax, and do a little work when needed. The natural sunlight with so many windows let the outside in too! Bonus was the private hot tub - such a relief after a long day. Beyond the stay itself, the iTrip team made sure everything was so smooth, from start to finish. They had answers to any questions fast, made the booking process easy, and it was comforting to know they were local if anything came up. Gave that family / small business feel I look for. I will definitely recommend this property to friends, family, whoever!! I can't wait to come back for an escape here, or where ever iTrip can suggest!
