This property is managed by Itrip vacation and they have an on-site office - which means there is always someone to take care of things, if need be. However, the property is so intelligently built and stocked-up, you won't need anything additional. Communication is very pro-active and professional. Instructions are clear and check-in seamless. The furnishings are entirely keeping a tourist in mind -a well-stocked kitchen, ample living room space, chic bathroom and a gas grill outside. The place is close to almost everything around, given Snowmass village in itself is a small area. The only thing left to wish was a better view- the condo is tucked between two others, so even if you have a spacious gap on the balcony and the front side, you really do not have much of a view. So, if you are skiing or outdoor most of the day you wouldn't care. Having said that, the property is exactly as advertised and does not claim any vista-view either. I was very happy with my stay.

This condo exceeded my expectations for a large family and 1 guest. There were plenty of beds and great couch with chair for everyone to find a place to sit. The place was clean, pool was clean with 2 hot tubs. One for those that don’t like it hot, and one for those that do like it hot. Location was spot on for nearby shopping and so close to the gondola. It was one of our best vacations.I typically don’t feel comfortable texting or emailing the host with questions. But on this trip I ended up asking them questions all the time. For instance, pizza recommendation. They responded so quickly to everything! The guide book on app was handy too. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding ski-in-ski-out Snowmass location. Easy parking, great condo, open kitchen and pretty views. Matched the descriptions and perfect for a family of four for a ski week.

Great location and unit is very nice. Plenty of kitchen ware, gas fireplace and comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. We had 6 adults and the Murphy bed was great plus had a private bath. Also there is private covered parking for one car and an elevator.

The condo was a fantastic retreat after 3 days of camping and trail running in the beautiful Snowmass high country. We were pleasantly surprised with the 'third bedroom' in the dining area complete with Murphy bed, full bath, and privacy sliding door! The kitchen was great and the washer/dryer was a great amenity for those that flew in and packed light. We were worried it might be a tight squeeze for our group of 8 but there was plenty of room for all of us. The grotto hot tub was absolutely perfect for trail running recovery!

We arrived at 505 Shadowbrook after a long weekend of trail racing and camping in the Snowmass Mountains - and the condo was just perfect for our group of 8. It's essentially a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo since the dining area has a Murphy bed, sliding close-out wall, and its own full bath - which was a very pleasant surprise! The decor and furniture are all nice and sturdy with a rustic feel that works well for a ski condo. The kitchen was very nice and the washer/dryer was amazing for cleaning all of those sweaty trail running clothes! The grotto hot tub was very hot and really helped with recovery from all the miles we put in the previous days. Can't wait to come back during ski season! iTrip was really good at keeping me informed with text and email messages - they really do care that you have a great stay.

Very nice property and really easy check-in process and information flow.Only issue was HVAC. It was too warm in the condo and adjustments to the thermastats had no effect. It wasn't a big enough issue to call in.Another external issue: there was ice on the outside stairs on the slope side. it made the stairs a little dangerous.

Bathrooms were fine. Big new flat screen TV in living area. I was able to control the temperature to my liking. Window looks out to a hill and trees and is sufficiently private; if standing next to it, you can see the ski hill and the sunrise. Being on the third, top level, one takes an elevator down to the hot tub and to the ski locker about 25 ft from Fanny Hill--one of my favorite parts. Convenient to the Base Village and Mall via the Sky Cab or walking on the sidewalk. We really enjoyed the condo and its location, and would not hesitate to book it again.

We were two families, and we were very comfortable…loved the ski/out…so accessible to everything…five min walk up or down to the malls…and has all the amenities…as mentioned jacuzzi just needs to be a bit warmer

Dear readers, you will love your stay at 505 shadow Brook, it’s got plenty of space, and sleeps 8 comfortably. You just ski down to get on lifts, and everything is within a five min walk. Jacuzzi needs to be a tad warmer, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Location location locationThe house is great but the location is perfect. We literally stayed close to everything and families traveling with kids this is a great place to stay. Due to its location late check outs might not be an option. Kim was a great host and helped me having a smooth checkin and she ensured i had a great experience

You can’t ask for a better location at Snowmass. This was our second year in a row at this wonderful property and we hope to return again.

Wonderful condo, extremely well equipped in an outstanding location. Check in is beyond easy, the amenities are great, the kitchen has everything one could possibly need. We particularly loved the porch and barbecue grill. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The location of this condo is amazing! We were there in the summertime and you can walk right out the door and down into Snowmass village to take the big Gondola or the mini gondola up the mountain. At the bottom of the hill are a few little restaurants and then Snowmass "Mall" was at the top - again there are some restaurants and a few places to shop. There is also a lot of free parking nearby in the summertime if you have 2 cars. Aspen is about 25 minutes away, the roads are winding but it is a beautiful drive! The pool at this condo is great - heated to 88 degrees plus a hot tub and was empty when we went! In Aspen we were able to roller skate one night, hit up an indoor aquatics center and enjoyed all of the sights. Glenwood Springs and the hot springs are only about 1 hour away and the drive is amazing!

Property is superb in every way. Especially the adult-only hot tub. Location is directly on the slope and the deck gets sun until 6:00pm in the spring. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our return to snowmass. Loved it!

This property was perfect for our small group of friends. Less than 100ft walk from our front door to the slopes. The hot tub was a much nicer than expected. The shuttle bus to Aspen pickups right outside the property.

I am a local real estate agent in Snowmass Village and decided to stay here with my family for a weekend. The check-in and checkout process was simple and answered all of our questions before we asked them. Our Shadowbrook condominium was clean, spacious and bright. The entire family enjoyed the hot tubs and pool and parking was a breeze. Thank you for making it so easy!

Great location. Short walk to the village. Much bigger than anticipated. We thought it was 2 bedrooms, but there is a bed in the dining room and a partition to section it off. Everyone was so prompt with real time questions. Highly recommended!

We had a great time. Shadowbrook is a perfect location in snowmass for families with kids. The condo unit was well stocked with towels, basic cleaning supplies and a well stocked kitchen. Only recommendation I have is that the bathrooms could use an upgrade. We look forward to booking again.

This property was just what our family needed in the middle of our whirlwind Colorado adventure. The property was clean and well maintained and perfectly located for any activity in the Aspen/Snowmass area. We had one minor issue with the check in process but this was very quickly resolved with the property manager. Communication could not have been any better!We will certainly stay at this property again the next time our travels take us through this area.

This location is phenomenal! So close to walk up/down the hill to restaurants and shopping. During the winter, I can’t even imagine how much better it could be to ski in/out. The condo itself was large and every bed was comfortable. The kids especially loved the Murphy bed!

Incredible ski-in ski-out right on Snowmass. The parking is located right below the front door so it's super convenient. The 3 bathrooms is really great, especially if you stay with the full number of people. We enjoyed the hot tub which was pretty much empty the whole time, and the place is a short drive from Clark's market, a nice grocery store that has basically anything you'd need.

Great location, great support staff from iTrip, and wonderful accommodations! Highly recommend in the summer. We just returned from a trip in July, 2024 and could not have been happier. All the amenities of home, and more! A little warm as there is no AC, but with the fans and window unit in the master it was hardly noticed. Would be an even better location during ski season! three thumbs up!

Beautiful and comfortable place to hang out. Big enough for a whole family with lots of space for all. Loved the convenience of being so close to nature as our group were hikers and runners.
