Shadowbrook 302

Clean and large 2 bedroom condo right on the ski slope. Some furnishings are older but everything is in good shape. The down valley views are terrific. The only negative is that the bedroom windows open to the parking area and it can be noisy in the bedrooms when the windows are open.

My family and I enjoyed a weeklong visit in Snowmass and we found it perfect for our needs. We loved only having to walk a few steps from our door to the slopes. The spacious accommodations were very comfortable...everyone in our family was able to sleep in their own beds...not on a couch or on a pull-out sofa bed. And the view was amazing with floor to ceiling windows. We did very little cooking, but the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the complex's pool and hot tubs every day, and it was really nice to have our own washer and drier instead of having to find a laundry room. We would love to be able to stay in this condo again.

Our family really enjoyed this condo for our ski vacation. The location is ski on/off which is so convenient. It is close to both the Village and Mall. The condo had everything that we needed. It is very spacious and clean. We would love to stay here again in the future. The iTrip staff was very helpful and held our luggage on the last day for us.

Comfortable bedrooms. Fireplace. Balcony deck with nice Weber grill. Great location to move about the area. Short walk to free shuttle to Aspen!

We loved Shadowbrook Condos in Snowmass and have been coming back for many years. A perfect ski in ski out location. This was our first stay in Unit 302 and it was fantastic! Amazing views of the slopes, the Base Village and the surrounding mountains. A well equipped kitchen, nice living room and TV system, a warm fireplace and plenty of space for storage. Lots of positive reasons to choose this unit!

Shadowbrook 302 has perfect ski in ski out location for Snowmass. Ski hill is less than 30 yards from condo door, with easy access to Village Express lift and Elk Camp gondola. Condo is older but everything inside was great. Washer/dryer in unit is a big plus.

Spacious accommodations with a beautiful view of the resort and mountains. The slope side location was perfect for accessing the mountain and enjoying the amenities of Snowmass.

We visit our son who works here. Bring other family members. Stayed last year and location and amenities are perfect for us. Walking distance to Snowmass Mall and restaurants. Easy drive to Aspen. The ski in, ski out is a luxury.

When we arrived the keyless entry was not working. The customer service team at iTrip Vacations was very helpful in helping us in, and came to fix the entry the next day. We had a wonderful stay.

wonderful visit! How soon in advance can I book the condo for next year? We want to come back to this unit.The only thing in need of minor repair is the top left drawer of the dresser in the small bedroom which has a funny metallic snap when it is opened. It is functional however.Thank you and we can’t wait to come back. Maybe even this summer.We will be vacating the unit at 9:45 this morning.

If you are looking for ski-in/ski-out in Snowmass, this is a PERFECT location. My family of 5 stayed here for our annual ski vacation and absolutely loved it. Because of the location we were able to be at the lift right when it opened and came home every day for lunch. The condo was spacious and was great for entertaining my family. When we come back to Snowmass we would definitely stay here again!

YES! When the accommodations exceed expectations immediately upon arrival, you know your trip is going to be great. What a view!!! As we unpacked, we saw a huge full moon rise over the distant snow capped ridgeline. The condo checked all the boxes as expected (comfortable beds, high-service staff, perfect ski in/out location), but the little details mattered to me. As the main cook, I appreciated the all new appliances, the conduction cook top, the high end cookware and the beautiful place ware. No mismatched silverware, etc. Who knew the hot tub tucked in the landscaping near the ski slope would be the ideal place for apres ski. The place felt bigger and quieter than expected with our family of 6. Two kids liked the "secret" sliding doors to conceal their two twin beds. Parents and teenagers loved the rock-sold construction of the walls. which ensured quality sleep and silence. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone considering it.

This is a great condo, very quiet and convenient for both Snowmass and Aspen activities. Great communication from owner, quick to respond and sent info about condo in a timely fashion.

Stayed for Aspen Jazz Fest!

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at the unit. The location is ideal with easy walking access to the Snomass Mall and Snowmass Village. The property managers were extremely responsive and pool/hot tub ideal for kids. There is not AC which can make it a bit warm in the summer but windows open to let in fresh cool air.

I got to say that in addition to being just an all-around great place to stay, Kim has the best stocked place I’ve ever stayed. An excellent selection of fine quality pots and pans for cooking, nice sharp German knives for slicing and dicing, everything I could want more. I sat and worked on the porch every day overlooking the Snowmass Valley, it was epic. I will be staying here again!

The condo was perfect for our family, and great location to take advantage of all Snowmass activities. My family enjoyed the bike park, Lost Forest and lots of hiking. Extremely easy access to gondola and restaurants/shops.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. There is a ton of things to do within walking distance. Home is clean and plenty big for my family.

Loved this place. It was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. My husband needed to work most of the trip and there was a great big dining table with doors where you could shut the room off if need be where he could set up. It was very homey with a lot of character. Loved having wine on the outdoor porch in the evening. Right in Snowmass Village, so can walk to the restaurants there. Pool was great for my daughter! Only complaint was it was abnormally hot that week and there is no A/C, but they provide fans and when you open the windows it is pleasant. Would stay here again for sure!!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Snowmass. We truly enjoyed staying in this condo. The view was so beautiful of the mountains and Snowmass village.The condo was very clean, updated and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen.We also loved the location as a ski in and out. The pool and hot tub were a bonus after skiing all day. We will return!

We stayed at the unit for 7 days. Arriving and parking are easy. The unit has a great lay out and never felt cramp with everyone in the unit. The view is great. The kitchen has everything you need. The appliances appear new and worked perfect. The bedrooms are huge and each has its own bathroom. The unit has easy access to the base cap or the snaowmass mall. (The gas grill did not have propane and we were unable to use).

Condo was right off the ski slope, great location with a great view, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our time in Snowmass.

Great location for ski in/out and proximity to SM mall where you can find shuttles, rent equipment, stimulate the economy etc. Definitely good deal for a short stay and group of 4. Fireplace and patio amazing. Adult hot tub grotto generally vacant for a UI I wind-down. I’d have to read description again regarding beds, but there are two full-size beds in one BR (not queen), other bedroom is a king.

Conveniently located in the heart of Snowmass. Great kitchen. Amazing large sofa.
