We had a great first trip to Snowmass and the unit was perfect for our family of four.

This place is one of our favorites so far in Snowmass! Beautiful decor, very comfortable spaces, great terrace and outdoor building amenities...Kim was a great host! We had minor fixes needed to be done, which were solved within hours of our arrival! The large pine trees between both Shadowbrook buildings not only give you a spectacular view from the rooms and social areas, but also give you privacy from the neighbors.We were worried about accesibility to and from the building from Base Village, since we had never stayed a building between the Snowmass Mall and Base Village. However, we quickly found that all buildings in this area are connected via a walkway that easily connect you through them. Skiing in & out always worked out also, as you can also use the small gondolas that connect the Base Village with the Mall. So even if you après at Base Village past 4:00 pm when lifts close, you can still ride up the gondola and ski downhill to the building!We had a great stay!

Perfect ski in ski out location! Walking distance to the mall but I would still advise to have a car for when you have stuff to carry or groceries. Good size and clean with extra third room that can be closed off. Only thing that I would add is a few robes for wearing to jacuzzi or after shower.

From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay. The directions for checking in and out were very detailed and clear. The condo was very well laid out and it was great to have access to three full bathrooms. All of them were updated with walk-in showers along with plenty of amenities. When we return to Aspen, this will be my first choice Airbnb choice!

For the second year in a review we had just a great month at the Shadowbrook. The condo was ideal; the staff was extremely helpful; the location is perfect and we couldn’t ask for more.

My family stayed in Shadowbrook 103 in late July 2023. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was updated, full of light, had a covered patio with a great view and comfortable furniture, including the beds. The heated pool was just steps away. Its a two story condo with the bedrooms on the bottom floor. Josh communicated well with us and was super responsive.

This place was so great for our family! Super convenient to ski and get to the base and mall. Felt really clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Snowmass!

Kim’s place was centrally located and very convenient to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the patios had beautiful mountain views. We will definitely come back to Snowmass Village!

Great Place!

I cannot speak enough about the support in advance of and during the stay. I have stayed at iTrip properties for several years and they have an impeccable track record. So much so that I exclusively use their properties because I know the dependability of the properties in their portfolio at Snowmass. Kim/Kimberly and team are always ON POINT. You cannot go wrong.

This place is 5 stars all the way. The location to the mall is terrific. The layout of the house with 2 bedrooms downstairs (which are both very spacious) and living and kitchen upstairs is great. The response time from Kim is great and we would highly recommend this place. We were only 3 of us but with 3 full bathrooms and 2 big bedroom and a den this place can easily accommodate 6.

We came in to ski for a few days. You couldn’t ask for a better location. A true ski in/ski out. Also very easy to get to the village or mall. Everything was as advertised. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Good location, good space. We booked for Labor Day Weekend, smooth. Check-in a breeze. Small practical issues, like switching a parking space to better accommodate everyone, dealt with quickly. Our hosts checked to make sure things were going well. All of this and our space is on the mountain, woke up with a great view every morning. If you’re facing away from the mountains you can just as easily walk onto the mountain itself for a better view. Glad I booked here!

We had a great 9 day stay at this property, It was well kitted out with everything we needed, awesome location and the kids had fun playing in the pool every day.

Great place for a great value!

This property was exactly how it was advertised. All 3 full baths were updated and very clean. Our family will definitely return in the future. Very close to the pool/both hot tubs.
