Little Nell Condo 03

Read the Fine Print with this Company !!!!!!!!!!!. We booked the property to celebrate our family's thanksgiving. But then, less than 24 hours after we booked, we had a death in our family which devastated our family and our thanksgiving plans, to say the least. We asked for a refund and the owner flat out refused and held on to the Cancelation Policy. Obviously, we were unable to use, and we were still charged a cleaning fee Can you believe the nerve?

Taken advantage of because it was the week of XGAMES, ridiculously over priced condo . no washer/dryer also which was a big inconvenience on a planned ski trip and tons of laundry with us. I should have read the fine print and done more research in the area. Very small space and WAY overpriced. Found multiple better deals talking to friendly people along the walk into town. They got their money’s worth from us at the Little Nell this week that’s for sure...

The condo is beautiful, and very conveniently located. I walked in ski boots to the gondola in about 5-10min. City market is even closer. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again, or recommend that anyone else stay there. I had a harrowing experience my first night in the condo. Around 930pm , several hours after I had checked in using the provided electronic code, someone started banging at the door. I was in bed already because of a very early morning and long travel day. I got out of bed, went to the door, and asked "who is it?" A belligerent man responded something like "you shouldn't be in there! who are you?" I said I rented the place through Airbnb, and I again asked who he is. He then responded that he is the owner, and I should let him in. I realize this is Aspen, and it's a fairly safe town, but I wasn't about to let in some random, erratically behaving guy after dark, just because he claims to be the owner. So, I called the management company # listed through Airbnb. It went to voicemail of course. I left a message as the guy continued to bang on the door. Honestly, I wonder if he was intoxicated, because his behavior was so bizarre. After a few min, which felt like hours, I decided to try sending an instant message SOS to management through the AirBnb platform on my phone. I wrote "there's a guy banging on my door, please call me". They responded a few min later , writing "It's not us. You should call 911 if you are concerned". Ok , now this situation is escalating as this unknown individual continues to return , and bang on the door for the next 45 min. As I was about to call 911, I receive a one line instant message from the host/manager, "sorry for the confusion. you're all set!" What?!?! What does that even mean?! I'm about to call 911 , and then this one line text is supposed to convey everything is fine, go back to bed? Laughable, but not at all funny . I asked her to call me to clarify. She calls and indicates the belligerent man banging at the door, was indeed the owner, who had been confused about the Airbnb calendar. He didn't realize the unit had been rented out . Oh, that's all? Perfectly normal behavior for a confused owner to show up unannounced at night, demanding to be let in to the unit right? NO!!!! Obviously, he should have contacted management. That's what any sane owner would do. I expressed my disappointment to Kim (host/manager)the next day (after I was up til 1am). She indicated she would ask the owner for partial reimbursement. I later get an IM indicating the owner has offered $200 and an apology. Again, sort of laughable considering i paid around $1500 for 3 nights, and I almost called 911 to report an impending break-in and assault. What would have happened if i had opened the door?I empathize with the management person/people. Clearly, they are dealing with an unpredictable, possibly unhinged owner. He must live in a nearby unit, which means who knows if and when he will show up again. Also, with that sort of behavior, who knows how closely he is monitoring your activity. Creepy. As nice as the unit is, it's not worth the risk.

We have visited ski resorts across the Western US and I have to say that this was by far the best experience I have ever had with a short term rental property. iTrip was amazing. Their communication prior to the visit, during the visit, and afterwards was incredible. As an example, one of the TV remotes needed batteries, and someone came up in less than an hour! The place itself had everything we needed, was super clean, well stocked, and state of the art! I will definitely book with iTrip again. 5+ star rating!!

This unit was newly remodeled, clean, comfortable & convenient to the downtown area and skiing. Communication from the property management company was professional & timely. Overall, this was a great value too (for the Aspen area).

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Little Nell condo the last week of February , 2024. The unit was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils & items needed to make a meal. The pull out Murphy beds in the living room were adequate for young /small children. The property management team did a proficient job at communicating with us and meeting all of our needs.

The apartment we rented is beautiful, new, comfortable, so very clean! The location was great. Two blocks away from the gondola and from the supermarket as well. The Itrip team is great too!Very warm and helpful with some little needs that came to our mind to make out stay even better. Hope to go back next year!Thank you so much DoloresArgentina

Our stay at this Airbnb condo in Aspen was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an ambiance of elegance and sophistication. The high-end furnishings and attention to detail truly made us feel like we were living in luxury.The location couldn't have been better! Situated close to restaurants, slopes, and bars, we were able to effortlessly explore all that Aspen has to offer. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb condo surpassed all expectations. If you're looking for a high-end getaway in Aspen with an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. We can't wait to come back

This was our first time in Aspen and wasn’t sure if the property was going to be convenient to all the surrounding restaurants, shops and ski lift base. We were pleasantly surprised how close the property is. Literally just a short walk to everything. The unit is beautiful and the hosts thought of everything. We really appreciated the clear instructions and labels on everything. The upgraded, top of the line appliances are a great touch! When we visit Aspen again we will definitely look for this property.

No detail missed in this impeccable condo. I stay in five star hotels all the time and this is beyond a five star condo. The attention to details in this condo are amazing and labels on how to use everything and an entire book on the condo itself on how to utilize everything inside the condo including the Google speaker system in the bathroom! What a nice touch! The pulldown bunkbeds for kids are amazing and plenty of room and perfect location in downtown Aspen and about 15 to 20 minute drive to Aspen Snowmass and you can park at Aspen Snowmass in public parking and ski there no problem. Can’t recommend this place more highly and the management company was beyond responsive and had no issues whatsoever and super smooth process in renting and using this condo. A true hidden gem.

Perfect option for me and my 18 year old daughter for the weekend. Close to town, clean, easy check in. Twin bed for her and bedroom for me. We cooked in each night and the kitchen and fridge, etc. were just perfect for the two of us. Easy to connect with the host when I left my jacket after check out. Jacket returned immediately.

We booked this place last minute and we are so glad we did! The place was incredibly clean, was a perfect location within walking distance from everything downtown and it was a seamless check-in process. We will definitely be back!

My two girlfriends and I decided to book this place last minute in order to attend the Aspen closing weekend festivities. From the minute we walked in, we were blown away. The place was spotless, had more than enough room for the three of us and the location was perfect with everything downtown being within walking distance. The included parking spot was also an added bonus so that we could leave the car and walk around during the weekend. I absolutely would recommend this space and hope to stay here again in the future.

This condo has it all. Easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced. High tech in every regard. Thoughtful labels to assist in using each feature. Comfortable, cozy furnishings. It is evident much thought and planning went into each aspect to make this the ultimate vacation home. The location is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the gondola area. Glory Hole park is adjacent to this building and is a beautiful, peaceful shortcut to the attractions downtown. The coffee shop, Pepperjack’s Cafe, is right around the corner in the Gant Hotel and is a hidden gem, literally steps away. Great coffee and breakfast foods. My wife and I loved this condo and the setting. We will be back!

We so enjoyed our first visit to Aspen, especially thanks to the Little Nell condo that was so well-appointed. The Little Nell condo is right downtown, so we could walk to lunch and even to the trailhead at Ajax Mountain. Our unit was pristine, with every sort of modern convenience we could imagine. Thanks to the Little Nell for great communication at every step of the way, an easy arrival process, and providing a beautiful and comfortable stay!

Location is perfect. Beautifully appointed with amenities like filtered hot and cold water, bidet in the bathroom, updated lighting, ceiling fans and a fireplace. Will definitely be returning to this property. The one and only complaint I would have is that the towels and bedding could be a bit more luxurious.

Great location, walk to the many restaurants, & shopping in Aspen ( you will park your vehicle & not need again), the house is just amazing they have thought of every amenityneeded, open the windows for fresh air & a beautiful view, We can not wait to come back

This Airbnb was incredible! The details are everything in this house, from the lighting for every occasion to the google home system, it’s got it all. I would recommended this place to anyone that wants to stay near downtown and have a wonderful modern, cozy place to come back to! We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 4 were quite comfortable here The location is amazing, we walked everywhere and used the shuttle to go up to Snowmass for skiing. This place could be considered ski-in-out for Ajax skiing. Those ppl who aren't good with technology could be intimidated by the condo - it's fitted for a tech guru, and that is right on with me!

Great having a ground floor unit so you don’t have to lug all the equipment up stairs, this apartment has all the bells and whistles with lighting setting, fans, induction top, keurig, etc.Bathroom with heated floors, towel warmer, bidet was amazing.

Impeccably clean. Excellent location. Walking distance to downtown, Aspen Mtn and transit center providing efficient transportation to Snowmass. On the down side, the view from the living room is of the parking lot. Kitchen is brand new and well stocked with dishes, cookware etc but no staples. Not even salt and pepper. If one plans to do any cooking, you must purchase all basics.

This is one of those rare places where it's hard to say enough good things. Modern design, spotlessly clean, technologically tricked out with smart lighting, streaming music, electronic climate control, and even a great towel warming rack. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with all the tools, right down to the martini shaker. It's in a great location within easy walking distance of almost anything you want to do in Aspen. Plus, a very responsive management company. We would stay here again in a hearbeat!

Basic, but very nice accommodations. Manager was very responsive and helpful with inquiries and requests. The location was truly excellent— a very short distance from the Silver Queen gondola and within an easy walk to a good grocery store, the heart of downtown, and many excellent restaurants. A quite good experience overall.

Awesome place in downtown Aspen had a great time the place was perfect! Great communication and service.

We have no complaints about our stay! The space was perfect both inside and location wise. We walked to everything in town which was so nice. We hardly used our car once we got there. The inside was cozy and inviting and was just what we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a long wedding weekend. Super convenient to everything Aspen. Condo has a well-worn feel, but is clean and had what we needed.

I throughly enjoy my stay. The home was clean, the location was perfect, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. I'd recommend this home, and would certainly stay here again!

We stayed here for over a week with our 1.5 year old child and it was a wonderful place to temporarily call home. The unit is well appointed with cooking utensils and tools, and even a dishwasher! Not to mention, they provided humidifiers since the climate can be dry. We also loved the comfortable furnishings and calm/unfussy decor. The only complaint is no laundry facility on the premises. Also, the hot water was not turned on in advance of our arrival so we had one night w/o. but otherwise, we loved our stay! Especially the location, with easy access to the park next door and a super short walk into town. The host was very responsive to our inquiry re hot water and we otherwise had no issues. If i could make one suggestion it would be to install window sheers behind the main drapery in the front room window to provide better privacy.

Enjoyed easy access to the Ute trail and the East of Aspen Trail a short distance away, the convenience of a public regular and e-bike rental station right outside the door, as well as the supermarket just a 5 minute walk away.
