This place was perfect for our family of 4. It was super clean and had plenty of places to sleep. The location is great because it was right in SnowMass village so it made it super easy to walk to the gondola, etc. Highly recommend.

this is one of the best locations in Snowmass, walk out, ski in, 200 ft from treehouse and base.sadly, it has had little maintenance attention for what must be years. for a relatively small amount they could update the lighting (there is none over the main room table), the other fixtures are original from the 70's; the dishwasher is not connected to the counter and 'fallsout' whenever you open it, and there is much clutter, including old games without the pieces, readers digests from 2010, scattered tools not in a simple dollar store plastic box, etc.the heater is not attached to the wall, not sure how that meets code.the furniture is circa 1970-80 as well.i wish i owned the place and could fix it up in a weekend; the location and the pool and the parking are perfect.if you just sleep here, and enjoy Snowmass, you'll be fine.

Location was great, beds comfortable and property manager/communication was very good. However, the unit itself is very dated as is the furniture (with the exception of the beds).

Little dated and could've been a little cleaner, but is located in convenient location in Snowmass. Hot tub wasn't working and pool needs work.

Great spot, but an older unit. Property manager was VERY quick to respond, even when it was just us letting them know about a problem that needed to be fixed after we left. We would definitely stay again. Just can't give 5 stars because of things that need to be updated.

Everything...location, price, booking,etc. was perfect. Just need new mattresses! neither was comfortable. one was VERY hard..the other seemed well used. We really enjoyed meeting Chaz...he was friendly and helpful.

The property has easy access to Snowmass shopping and restaurants. Inside is roomy with one bedroom, but pullout sofa in LV. Fireplace is nice with wood available. Balcony view is great. Only issue we had was heat was still turned off for summer, but temps at night got into the 40's (we stayed Aug 30 - Sep 3). However a space heater was provided which helped. Still, perhaps a suggestion to turn the heat on in September is warranted.Overall, very good. Management continually was helpful and asking if there was anything we needed. Super customer service.

Fantastic apartment rental in Snowmass Village. Located on the property of the Snowmass ski resort, the apartment comfortably slept 3 and had easy walking access to restaurants, shops, hiking, a children’s outdoor play area, and an ice cream shop! Our unit included a kitchenette, fireplace, balcony, and a washer/dryer. We had pool processes as well, and the pool was situated behind the ski slope, making for a beautiful view. We would stay here again.

Ski in the morning, hot tub in the afternoon. Cooked in and went out. First trip in years I did not rent a car

This is the perfect ski-in location in the heart of Snowmass Mountain! Not only easy to get on the mountain, but also to spend time in the village. Stayed in Lichenhearth for a 5 night ski trip with my teenage son. Absolutely perfect location, could just ski literally to the front door of the building in the afternoon, which itself was a very short walk to get on the Village Express lift in the morning. The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very functional. This worked very well for us and will certainly return. The iTrip staff was very helpful with a few questions I had through the stay, quickly returning texts. They were accommodating with stashing my bags the first day in their office so my son and I could go shred some gnar before check in lol. A+++

It would be difficult if not impossible to find a better deal on a ski in/out with proximity to the lift and base village at this price. The complex is older and shows some wear but the unit and linens appeared very clean on our visit. It served its purpose perfectly for us as a place to crash after skiing all day. You can literally ski off the mountain right to the door of the complex and the ski lift and gondola to Snowmass Mall are steps away. If you’re here to ski all day and need a clean place to crash I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay! Blown away by the beauty of the place. It was very cozy and the beds were perfect. The kitchen obviously stocked by someone who knew how to cook, too. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service

We stayed here to do some fall hiking in Aspen and really enjoyed our stay here! The place makes you feel right at home. The owners were very communicative, perhaps even over-communicative if that’s possible! We’ve never experienced that amount of texts and Airbnb messages for such a short stay, before and during our stay. We appreciated the thoroughness but did feel a bit of pressure to be responding right away while we were trying to unplug. The place was very accommodating and the hosts were very kind. We would stay there again!

Nice place.

I loved that this was a smaller property compared to some of the others in the area. Being surrounded by trees made it even more beautiful. The condo was comfortable and met our needs. We suggested some items to add to the kitchen. The dishwasher isn't the greatest but not a deal breaker. The Lichenhearth app was very helpful. We got to leave amidst one of the first snows of the season which was very pretty. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Location, location location. This property was ideal for our skiing vacation. True ski-in to the door of the condo and with just a very short walk to the Village Express lift for ski-out. You are also extremely close to all bus transportation that is free throughout the winter to the other nearby ski areas and to downtown Aspen. While the condo is somewhat dated, we found it to be perfect for our stay and quite cozy. Everything worked, the room was warm and the beds were comfortable. This was a great vacation and we are extremely happy we stayed at this property in Snowmass Village.

We selected this property last year not aware of how close it was to the Treehouse kids lesson area. It’s literally the closest condo to it. So short walks before and after, there’s a outdoor hot tub we enjoyed, and sledding on the hill right outside. The kitchen was fully equipped so I cooked most meals (breakfast and dinner). Management was easy to text and they were responsive. We loved staying here and will again!

I loved my stay! Superb location. The space is great for 2 or 3 people. Slopes are walking distance from the apartment. The place is in great conditions. Service is great, management is very nice and helpful. I had a great experience with the iTrip staff from the very beginning until the end.

Fantastic location, modest accommodations (as pictured ) = great affordable vacation! If you had kids in ski school (we did not) this location is right there- yards away. Would be ideal. Walk to the lift & right into the village for everything. Loved it.

We had a great time at our stay. The property was perfect.

Clean & comfortable with fully appointed kitchen. Easy walk to gondola as well as base stores and restaurants. Hot tub (and pool) were close and hot! The local *free* shuttle connecting Snowmass with Aspen (20 min away) as well as the airport (15 min away) is an easy 10 minute walk from the unit. Closest grocery store is Clark's, about a 15 min walk. Only downside was the different location to store luggage which is far from the unit prior to 4pm checkin. Overall - loved the convenience and location of the unit, as well as the stellar service from local management company. Thank you for a great stay!

This is an incredible place! The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of restaurants and trails in Snowmass and close to the free shuttle. It was incredibly clean and the check-in process was so easy! We didn’t need anything for our stay but if we did I know Kim and her team would’ve been available and accommodating to any needs. They reached our frequently to make sure our stay was perfect and it was! Can’t wait to come back and stay here in the future.

The condo was very nice and cozy and in a great location. It had everything we needed and the office staff was very attentive to anything we may have needed. Definitely will be coming back.

Perfect location, lovely pool! We enjoyed our stay and access to all the summer mountain fun. Highly recommend for ease of access. I imagine the same can be said for winter.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in the BNB. The kitchen was fully stocked, if you choose to cook (we didn’t). The fireplace was stocked with firewood. Overall, could not have asked for a better stay.

Our stay was great. The place was as advertised and very clean. It is small, but everything you rent near the slopes is small. Beds were extremely comfortable. There is one concern. The place was not air-conditioned (the norm in Snowmass) and when we arrived it was really hot. For some strange reason the heat was on. The directions encourage you to create a cross draft to cool the place. Problem is all the windows are on one side. The only window on a side wall is busted and the owner has removed that crank. Creating a cross draft is impossible. We ended up living with the hallway door open and the hallway was hot anyway. On day two it snowed 6 inches. (classic Snowmass weather) That solved our problem.

We were very happy with the property in its entirety.

We just finished a five night stay at Lichenhearth 21 and loved it! We have two kids and this condo is right beside the kids ski school and Treehouse daycare. It was easy to walk back for a quick snack after skiing for a while. It has covered parking which came in handy for us Floridians who are t familiar with snowy conditions. The condo had free laundry and the hot tub which we enjoyed. The kitchen had all we needed for the meals we cooked. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Snowmass! The communication was great and easy with the management and they accepted our snow clothing rentals too. Thanks for a memorable first ski experience!!!

My family came to Snowmass for Spring Break and we felt like we won the lottery with the condo location. It’s right beside the kids ski school and Treehouse adventure camp which our 3 year old attended each day. It’s also beside a nice hill for sledding, the parking spot was covered (amazing for the heavy snow we got) and the accommodations were perfect. We had a fire every night (they stocked the wood perfectly for us) and laundry was free. The kitchen was fully stocked for the meals I prepared. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Lichenhearth 21!!

Great ski in ski out condo, would highly recommend this condo because of the location, otherwise this is a standard Airbnb rental. Its pricey but that's Aspen for you. If I had to nit pic, the condo windows were a little drafty, other than that, 5 star.

This was our first time to visit Snowmass and we absolutely loved it. The condo is so nice. The iTrip team was very helpful and accommodating.

The condo is in the perfect location. The ITrip team helped tremendously during the vacation and very quick to respond. I took my children on the trip for their Christmas gift and it was absolutely awesome. We will be back and ITrip is the best.

This was a great stay! The bedroom was a tight squeeze for our pack n play, but we made it work. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed all the amenities offered.

Perfect spot for a short family getaway for the balloon festival. Parking spot made it easy to keep our bikes near, nearby access to gondola to head up to the mall for dinner was great, and nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after long days enjoying the area. And so wonderful to be in property where we could have a fire for chilly fall evenings and plenty of towel racks for wet swim gear.

We were looking for a condo to stay in rather than camp this summer. This place was perfect for our family. Centrally located near several great hikes. The kids loved the pool after a long hike. Greatful for the amenities that were provided. Want to come back in the winter and ski!

Great condo right in SnowMass. I used this condo as my home base while in town for a family wedding. The location was perfect—about as close as I could be given that I waited too long to book in the hotel block! Most importantly, the communication was incredible! I had to exchange a few messages back and forth and Kim’s team was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

The host made checking in so easy and we loved the cookies that were left for us upon our arrival. The location and value of this condo cannot be beat. We walked everywhere or took the bus right outside into aspen. Summertime in Snowmass is the best!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean with well stocked kitchen and utilities. The balcony has a view of the sunrise which was an added bonus. Host/itrips were very quick to respond. It is also very well located, snowmass village that’s walkable has plenty of options for food. It’s also just 20 mins from Aspen.

Everything was just perfect. Well stocked and thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bath. Very clean. Very responsive property manager. We were there during shoulder season -everything was quiet. Only issue was controlling temperature— we turned off heat and opened windows at night to make cool enough to sleep. There is a fan in the bedroom which is nice. Would rent again!

If your #1 priority is to hit the slopes every possible moment while in Snowmass, this spot is perfect for you! The easy to locate apartment is 3 minutes walk from the entry to the chair lift, and you can ski right down to the main entrance after a long day. Hosts are super responsive too. We are definitely coming back!

Close to everything at Snowmass Village. Very convenient to get to everything. Bus stop to ride to the other 3 mountains were only a few miles away. Barely had to take our car out to get anywhere except for grocery at the market. Other than that, everything was right there. Great place to stay for the price! Loved that we were able to snowboard back to the entrance of our place as well. Another plus thing, there's free washer and dryer. Not in the unit, but in the same building where we stayed. Staff is also pretty quick at responding with any questions that i may have had. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Colorado!

Even though I have stayed at the property during month ofJuly and the assumption is that during winter there will be "more fun" to stay, it was an excellent choice of the place to spend two weeks. It is in the walking distance from anything you might desire - lifts, great walks, stores. I recommend this property.

The unit we stayed in was very nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic - pretty much ski in/out (you just had to walk a few feet to the entrance door). The hot tub and pool were sizeable and nice.

Really enjoyed the location with two young kids. Allowed us to take plenty of breaks while skiing. Convenient to restaurants and grocery store as well. Property manager responded quickly to questions.Only negative I can think of is that we didn’t have access to ski lockers. Ended up storing skis on porch - not a problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place. We spent about a week skiing at Snowmass and it couldn’t have been more convenient - we were literally steps from the express chairlift and could ski right back to the door of the condo. We also really enjoyed the fireplace (with dry firewood!), the hot tub with great views of the slopes, and the well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We had a group of three and the space was perfect for us - I imagine with a group of more than four it would be a little cozy. Overall, I highly recommend!

Truly ski in ski out...with a great wood burning fireplace with tons of dry wood! Those two amenities plus a huge slope side hot tub make for a fantastic day on world class slopes!

This unit is well maintained, updated and super clean. new appliances with an icemaker. everything we needed for a week stay- plenty of firewood for the whole stay. Plenty of supplies: soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper goods etc. Convenient to the lifts and bus station.

Kim makes it easy to locate, check in, find important information regarding the area, and is available to answer any and all questions at a moments notice. Great host.

The property is well maintained and the management team was great to work with. It is perfect for a quick getaway with a small family or couple. It is within walking distance to the lift and the Village.

This is a very well maintained condo in an excellent location. Walk to village or skittles lift in 2 minutes. Nice pool, great laundry facilities, very clean unit. Management is very responsive. Five stars all the way around. Photos very accurately depict the unit, older, but very charming.

Kim's Snowmass condo is a short walk or ski down to the lift area. It is recently renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel. Snowmass Village is nearby and the Snowmass Mall on the upper level can be reached by the Sky Gondola. The bus that takes you to Aspen stops in the terminal just down the hill from the condo. The condo has sleeping arrangements for six and the beds are very comfortable. There is also lots of privacy with doors between the bathroom facilities and bedroom. My wife and I really enjoyed our summer vacation here.

This place was perfect, great location, and the ease of the entire weekend

This property is really centrally located to the village and transport center. We liked the set up of having a high top table and breakfast bar for eating options. Great spot for a couple or small family.

Amazing place right near the venue of where my Spartan Race was held. I was very pleased with my stay and will keep this place in mind when making a return trip to Aspen again.

Great place and close to everything. It was very clean, and very well thought out. Boot trays were available to keep the floors dry, and hooks everywhere to hang coats, gloves, and whatever to keep the place tidy. Ski school is a short walk. The pool and hot tub was a nice way to end the day.

We had a great stay in Snowmass Village. We arrived for the tough mudder and noticed our place was steps from the start line. It couldn’t have been better. The accommodations are as described, but the location and scenery are amazing. There are plenty of shops and activities within steps of your place.Kim and Kim were amazing hosts and very responsive to all questions before, during and after the stay!Thank you for sharing your place with our group!!

The place was in a perfect location. It was clean, warm and the pool and hot tub were great. Whenever I had questions the responsiveness was impressive. The whole experience was magical! The only issue I had was that II found the beds too soft but if you like soft beds this will be perfect for you.
