We enjoyed ourselves very much at the Lemond Place house. The space was tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied and provided a nice ambience for all our meal preparationsThe hot tub was having a problem which they took care of promptly. The views were fabulous and we spent some great moments outside on the deck around the fire pit table. Thank you for a great holiday experience.

We had a great stay at this property. They had everything we needed from kitchen to laundry to pillows, etc.! Very conveniently located with an amazing view. Would 10/10 stay again. There are bears in the area so make sure to follow all of the bear protocols that the house provides!

Great property, breathtaking views, not only the kitchen essentials, but all the advanced appliances, allowed for great meals. A hot tub and fire pit allowed true family memories! Perfect home for for the size and convenience. I would say the only complaint is that all of the foam beds were a bit hard/firm. Otherwise great home!

Kim and her team made my stay here so perfect. Everything was exactly as it was listed and me and my team staying there for work had the best time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Aspen/ Snowmass.

Loved the house & view. Perfect for a large family.

This house was really great for my annual ski trip. The location is great: beautiful view of Snomass mounting (even from the hot tub) and just a short walk to the shuttle stop.- Very nice kitchen with high quality appliances- High quality mattresses in all bedrooms- The infrared sauna and hot tub are a huge bonus for recovering from long days of skiing- Very spacious living room and dining area- Mud room with boot/glove warmer is a very nice thing to come home to after skiingOverall, I would highly recommend this house and the iTrip staff was super responsive both prior to and during our stay.

This home was great for a weekend with friends. Close proximity to the mountain made skiing quite easy. Downtown aspen only 20 minutes away as well. Customer service was exceptional whenever we needed anything around the house. Would definitely return again.

The house was conveniently located very close to town for skiing. The management company is top notch. Very quick to respond and help with anything. Without asking they’d even come by to clear snow for us from the patio and driveway. Hot tub and sauna were great after a day of skiing. Excellent house to rent for a ski trip

Beautiful house in a peaceful location that is close to the ski mountain. The views from the property were immaculate and the house was clean/well decorated.

We had a wonderful family ski vacation over New Years at 84 Lemond Place in Snowmass. The house was very comfortable, clean, roomy, and very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the open living space to play games, dine and relax together. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The views are beautiful. Would highly recommend for anytime of year. Also, ITrip was a great company to work with. They were very helpful, responded promptly to any questions we had and did their best to fulfill any needs we requested. It was all amazing!

The house was as advertised and had an amazing view. The property manager was very responsive. The only downside was that you had to pass through the bathroom to enter the main bedroom downstairs. We would rent here again!

New clean house, comfortable and looks exactly as on pictures, we will definitely come back again!

Beautiful fall getaway with the family. Location and views were perfect, colors were perfect the first week of October. Important to know that in off season the traffic into Aspen was tough bc of construction/one lane roads

This was a great property and the host was great.

The stay was great. It was unseasonably warm, since there is no AC it was hot during the day, but the nights cooled off.

A 5 five star experience that quickly turned into a 1 star experience. While making reservations, the host was great at communicating and answering all of my questions. The check in went smoothly with no issues, the host was checking up on us through text message frequently being very involved. The house was clean and well stocked. Well after 2 days there, things went down hill quickly. We found bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. I messaged the host and they asked for photos and videos of what we found. They then told me they were sending pest control to inspect it and have “better understanding of the situation”. They never apologized for the bed bugs but instead it almost sounded it like they were saying they’re sending pest control to figure out if we brought the bed bugs in ourselves. Luckily we were able to talk to pest control and he told us that it looks like the bed bugs had been there for awhile, long before we ever came and that they were stage 5 which means it was a pretty bad infestation. We then started throwing our belongings into the dryer to get rid of any possible bed bug exposure like we were instructed. About an hour after this happened, the carbon monoxide detector alarms went off and the fire department arrived. They found “high amounts of carbon monoxide” through out the home and believed it was from the laundry room where we were drying our laundry. At this point, we were evacuated from the home and was told it was extremely dangerous to be in the home at that moment and were lucky the alarms had went off sooner than later. We decided to contact Airbnb and also communicated to the host we felt unsafe in the home and was not happy with the bed bug infestation. The host offered us another one of their homes to stay at while we were still in town for one night. We didn’t think it worth the packing and unpacking and we also didn’t think it was a good idea because of the possible spread of their bed bugs to the next home. We decided to pack our bags and head out. We told the host we wanted a refund for our stay due to the bed bugs and the unsafe environment of carbon monoxide exposure. We understand how dangerous it was and the harm it could’ve caused if we wouldn’t have known about the leak. They said they would have to see what they could do for us. The Airbnb support team reached out and said that we were only going to be refunded for the night we didn’t stay there and for the cleaning/service fee. What a joke. To be spending so much money on a home like this, you would expect excellent service, sanitary rooms and not the risk of DYING. We are so disappointed, our relaxing vacation to aspen we drove 13 hours for turned into a NIGHTMARE. We have yet to receive an apology from the host themselves for the inconvenience they have caused.

Very happy with the house. Very well appointed for a rental home. We had 11 family members and had plenty of room but the bathroom situation is a bit eclectic (there are three). With 10 people be prepared to share bathrooms. Overall a great home for a group of happy skiers.

We had three families with small children staying here and had the best time! We came during a snow storm so had a little bit of trouble with the steep driveway, but if you park at the top of the driveway and have an SUV then you will be fine! The views are incredible! We didn't use the sauna but the hot tub was great and relaxing. Great layout for multiple families and nice to have kitchen, living room and dining room open and together. The trade off to the beautiful views is that it's a bit of a hike from the shuttle, but you are definitely able to walk if necessary (just not with kids, but it was fine for adults, even in the snow). We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautifully remodeled home. Location was great, close to Snowmass village. Amazing view of the mountain from living room and hot tub.

I stayed at Kim’s property with 9 friends and it was BEAUTIFUL! The views and space really adds to a good trip, the kitchen + balconies were the highlight. The biggest bedroom has a sauna and attaches to the hot tub, which is awesome, but has a little bit of awkward layout w the bathroom. Kim was very communicative and helped through some booking issues. Would definitely recommend this place!

This house is perfect for a group or large family. The common area is incredible for gathering and hanging out. We were a group of friends coming in from different parts of the country and just loved being together in the house. It is better than the photos, very clean, impeccably decorated and supplied with updated appliances and audio. The walk is a little long into Snowmass village but we loved being away from others and having a very peaceful setting and stunning views. I have rented many vacation homes and this is by far the best, exactly as described and we are all wanting to return and rent this home again.....excellent on all fronts!

We had to ask for additional fans which helped but it was pretty hot.

iTrip was incredible to work with. Very responsive about rental and upcoming reservations prior to visit. The check in process was incredibly easy and accommodating. Their link to the house instructions is very detailed and very well organized. They are easy to reach at all times of day or night if you need them. Cannot say enough good things!

The house was beautiful and literally had anything we can think of needing. My family and I favorite part was the fully equipped kitchen. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner our entire stay. Minor situations occurred but property management got on it right away. This was our 1st time visiting Aspen and we stayed in the perfect house and perfect location. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home, I look forward to booking again!

Excellent property, I will come back

They were life savers able to accommodate 12 people on a very short notice! House was very clean! Only cramped part of the house was sharing a bathroom between the two biggest suites. So just make sure to share that space with another group you’re comfortable with

Home was beautifully located with breath-taking views. Kitchen was well equipped as we made many meals there and it felt like home. Kim and the Itrip team were very responsive. With 8 of us, there was plenty of room to hang out. My only complaint would be not enough paper towels and kitchen towels. This location was centrally located for all of our activities. Easy drive to the airport. We would consider staying there again next time. Thanks!
