Place is very nice and clean. Newly renovated. Bed is super comfortable.Bathroom lacked a bit on the upgrade as the toilet was tired and the step in tub with shower curtain are a bit outdated. Tub stop was broken and jacuzzi tub would not function. We were sent keys via fed-ex to access the unit (2 times).The second key had a note that the HOA was changing locks the day we arrived. Great info. We were directed to get a third key (for new lock) from the HOA office which we googled and upon arrival was a empty area with construction? After roaming area and asking numerous people, we finally found the real HOA office. They gave us a third key! Yeah. Then proceeded to the parking garage and were stopped by a worker. Ok wait, wait, finally able to drive to specified unit parking area. Instructed to park at black gate, take luggage to unit, get parking pass from unit, then go back to garage and open gate and park..... oh wait am I confusing you?We attempted this as told... only problem was that when we finally got to the unit, our 3rd key did not work.So called HOA office, they came and let us in unit after awhile. Yeah. But still no key that worked? Gentleman said they were working on it and we notified him we need to leave to town by 7 or so. So we are in but can't leave? Soon after were called by itrip vacations, still confused? Well if you book through Air bnb, I assume Kim owns this company and they run her properties. Very nice for them to check on us, but after 2 hour ordeal to get in the unit, we are getting perplexed. They offered to move us to another condo "just up the road".Uh, no thanks, it took long enough to get in this one, just get us a key that works please..... Finally hours later same guy that gave me the 3rd key brought an actual hard key that you stick in the lock and turn. Awesome we are good........... or notBANG BANG BANG as we get woken up the next morning. Hi folks we are here to change your locks.....So much for relaxing or privacy!! Go ahead do what you need to...Called Itrip vacations and they talked with owners. Really didn't care to compensate as they offered to move us. Well how about put us in the other condo to begin with if there is any question on access??? How about our time and headaches and interruptions? HOA did offer us a gift card for a Neighbor hotel. We went in and attempted to use it for breakfast and they could not figure out if they could take it or not so we left. What a joke.

The one bedroom condo at the Base Village of Snowmass is an excellent location for the mountain as well as garage access. Kitchen well equiped except for hotpads and dishrag. A few other kitchen towels and bath towels would have been helpful. There is a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Overall lighting in the unit was dim. TV and web access exceptional, but we are here to ski.... The hot tub was very welcome with probable easy 6 person capacity. I really liked the info app on my phone., it was very informative. Kitchen appliances new. The dishsoap and dishwasher pods I would rate as below average. The Bed was very comfortable. Coffeepot worked fine, however we couldnt read the print on the label very well to brew coffee, minor issue that we did find a work around. Overall I would rate this experience as a 4+.

Our family really enjoyed the stay. We unfortunately had one big issue while staying. The elevator was out of order and even though you are on the "second" floor, it seems you have to go up 4 flights of stairs from the parking garage to get to your floor. Otherwise, loved everything about it!!

This condo was very clean and it is in a great central location.

This place was exactly as pictured. Clean, modern decor and steps from the lift and gondola. Perfect location with easy access to the slopes and restaurants. If you have little kids this is right next to the tree tree adventure center. The only few critiques would be that we had (3) people for 7 days ... and there is no cleaning service or refresh of towels. We were provided 3 towels for our entire stay. It was a bit like camping. There is also no view of the mountain ... which was a little disappointing. Your patio and windows look onto other condos and another property’s pool. Lastly I would recommend the owners put in shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and doc kits. There is a pedestal sink and no where to put your stuff. I used a step stool from the closet as a counter for my hair and bath products. When we arrived ... a large bench was placed in front of the toilet that made it impossible to sit on the toilet ... so we moved it to the bedroom to use for luggage. With a few tweaks this place could be 5 stars.

The unit was very well located, well lit, and had a contemporary feel to it. The bathroom was a little small. We would definitely stay there again.

Great condo! Very clean. Plenty of amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, full size fridge, washer and dryer. Spent our honeymoon here this past week and I can say that I love the mountains more than the beach after a week in the snowmass/aspen area. It was off-season so not much was open but still a wonderful place. Drive to town of Aspen each day was easy and scenic. Close to maroon bells and independence pass. Great cheap pizza across the way at Tasters, that’s all that was open in the village area during off season. Definitely plan to come back in season and stay again. The parking pass is the only hassle as you need it to get out but they want it left in the room. Would’ve been easier to take it back to key pickup office.

This condo is an amazing place to stay in Snowmass. The room was completely spotless when we entered in, and we were welcomed with more than enough amenities we didn’t expect. Beautiful kitchen space to cook great meals. It also came with all the cooking equipment you need from pots and pans to quality knives. You get a great view of the mountains from the balcony, it’s everything you can ask for. I wouldn’t recommend booking with anybody other than Kim. Not only was she helpful when checking in or giving us additional info leading up to our trip, she was just an overall nice person. I loved my stay and can’t wait to return!!

A five star property but a two star mattress. All was really excellent but the mattress was mushy and very noisy if you moved. Needs replacing.

Recently, my wife and I stayed in Hayden Lodge. Our condo was well equipped, clean and very convenient to Snowmass Village. It was only a few steps away. We also appreciated the private parking and the check-in/checkout process. We visit Snowmass annually and will be repeat customers!

My wife and I had a great ski trip. The condo was in a perfect location to access lifts, stores and restaurants in Snowmass Village.

I have just returned from our end of the year vacations, and was extremely satisfied with my stay in Aspen Snowmass. Our rental property was spotless and very well equipped. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens, and the apartment was just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and sofa bed really good. The location of the property could not be better and access to shops and restaurants was within few steps. Highly recommend and looking forward to return!

Hayden Lodge 2203 is the perfect home away from home for our family of four. The condo's location is perfect for starting the day at ski school or heading up the Village Express. It's also great at the end of the day to drop skis in the lockers, hit the hot tub, or enjoy Base Village. And the people at iTrip Snowmass could not be better. They respond to calls and texts almost instantly and go above and beyond to make our trips seamless. We can't wait to come back.

My husband, toddler & I stayed in this condo and enjoyed our experience! Accommodations were excellent- walking distance to everything- restaurants, grocery, mall! We rented bikes to explore to Aspen downtown and it was a wonderful ride from our condo! We would stay here again! Balcony was peaceful for mountain views!

I’ve never had the most precise check instructions along with being able to text the management company anytime during the week before through the stay. The room was very nice and had everything we could have needed and the location is unreal. Probably 50 feet to lift and skittle lift. I highly recommend this place as well as this management company

Stayed at this unit for 5 days over the July 4th holiday and honestly would struggle to come up with any negative points. The communication with iTrip before and during the stay was perfect and we always felt like we were taken care of. Easy process of picking up and dropping off keys/parking pass and parking is conveniently located just steps from the building elevator.Unit is in great condition and had all the necessary features and amenities for a comfortable stay. Wonderful central AC/heat, and WiFi internet and cable TV connections. Perfect location in the Base Village just steps from the Snowmass gondola and restaurants.Would definitely return again and recommend to others.

We stayed in the summer, so there are certain things that are closed - mainly eateries and some trails for construction. Not a big issue.Condo was clean, well maintained, and comfortable for 2 adults. I would recommend.

We rented a unit for 5 nights at Hayden Lodge at the base of Snowmass Mountain and it was perfect. The unit had plenty of space for a family of 4 and also a nice kitchen to cook meals and enjoy food “in” rather than eating all meals out. Parking was conveniently located indoors and within close proximity to our unit. There was also a nice outdoor deck space with a couple of chairs where you could enjoy coffee with a view in the morning. The lodge is within close proximity to shuttles as well as restaurants and shopping in the village. We were here in the summer and definitely plan to come back in the winter. The last thing that was awesome was the communication from the renters regarding where to pick up keys, Wi-Fi code, parking instructions, and also suggestions on what to do around the area. Great experience!

Great place and easy access to the village

You can’t beat the location of this unit. Conveniently located steps from The Treehouse and The Village Express, all activities are within reach. The unit has great linens and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for a week’s stay. The ski locker and parking make it all very easy to enjoy a ski trip.

Stay was great easy to get around nice view and love the communication that I had if I needed anything! Place was clean and bed felt great.

This place was everything as advertised and more. Attractive location within minutes of downtown Aspen, excursions, and activities. This place was very cozy with a breath of fresh air upon entrance. Most of all… I never felt alone or lost… the staff was responsive to any concerns or questions in regards to recommendations, etc. They even took initiative to periodically check in on us via text to make sure that we were enjoying our stay, if we had any issues, and if there was anything they could do to assist, etc. I would definitely book at Kim’s place in the future if I’m ever in the Snowmass/Aspen area.

Nice facility with covered parking and immediate access to Snowmass Village by foot or driving. Condo was clean and neat and well furnished with ample security. Will stay again soon.

Luxurious stay, great location!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is super neat and clean. If skiing it's located right at the lift. We of course were just there for leaf peeping season which was wonderful. If handicapped/wheelchair just be aware that it's a few extra steps and sometimes the lift is out that takes you up to the elevator. Also make sure to go to the garage first otherwise you'll have to walk up the big flight of steps. Overall though great stay and perfect location. Great restaurants within steps. And wonderful communication.

Everything about our stay in Snowmass was ideal and loved our time there for 30 days. The views from the living room were beautiful and serene. We spent much of our time cooking and found the kitchen to be well stocked for our food preparation. The staff was fabulous to work and very prompt and attentive when we called. We would love to return to this slice of paradise sometime soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was fun to be in the ski village in the summer. I’ll bet it’s wonderful in the winter. We got groceries in the store, pizza at the nearby restaurant, used the hot tub. We drove to Maroon Bells and took the bus to hike one day and drove up the next evening and saw a moose and deer. We biked the Rio Grande Trail, had lunch at the Woody Creek Tavern and golfed at Ranch at Roaring Fork Golf Course. We had dinner twice in Aspen. We had a car and it was easy to come and go from the garage at the condo. All in all, a great stay! Thank you for sharing your home.

The unit could not have been any better as far as cleanliness, quality, and location for a property on the resort. The only challenge (out of the control of the owner and booking agent) was the broken elevator. The booking agent did call us ahead of check in and offered and kindly sent help to help carry the luggage up the stairs. My understanding is that building management company had challenges getting a service appointment. A service technician did arrive on a Saturday but likely did not have a part to get the elevator working. I don't view this in any way as a negative on the unit owner, booking agent, or building manager. It is merely a situation of labor and supply chain challenges we all face. I would definitely LOVE to stay in this unit again and have confidently recommended it to friends and family!!!

Our first trip to the Aspen area and it was amazing! Breathtaking scenery and hiking. Beautiful condo--loved having washer, dryer and full kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. I really struggled with the rating. We were there over 4th of July weekend. Elevator on site was great when we arrived going up 3 flights of stairs from underground "owners" parking area with automatic gate. Elevator broke on 7/4 and still broken when we left on 7/7. I completely understand about elevators breaking down and the holiday. But having to hoof it up 3+ flights of stairs after hiking all day and then hauling luggage downstairs was not fun. The contact for condo was very nice and asked if we needed help that they'd come over but we were already on our way. Just beware that if you have any difficulty walking it would've been very difficult to climb all the stairs from parking garage. Rating is 4.5 stars because of elevator issue. Fantastic communication with property contact.

This apartment was perfect for our ski trip with two kids. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for ski school and getting on the mountain quickly. We hope to stay there again next trip!

This unit was right next to Village Express chair lift and the kids ski school. The unit was clean and has all the necessary amenities. The grocery store was .3 miles away and an easy walk. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend!!

This property had everything needed for a wonderful Christmas vacation. The apartment was very clean and the view was spectacular! The apartment is next to an open space where children can play with the snow and have fun sledding. We had an overall wonderful experience.

We stayed 4 nights at this 1 br at Hayden Lodge. Unit 2203 was very clean, spacious and modern. It had a full kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals and made it very convenient. It was literally walk to lift from building front door less than 100 yards. ITrip was very helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future.

The Hayden Lodge property was exactly what I expected and more. The check-in was very smooth, the Itrip group was accommodating and friendly and the property was clean and well-kept. I was there for a month and it went by so fast!

The property was just as described. Everything was clean and working. Great communication from the host as well. Hardest part was finding the parking day one. But if we had followed the instructions better it wouldn't have been an issue. User error on our part. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo, perfect for 2 people. Great location!

We stayed here in June 2021. The entire experience was excellent, from pre-arrival, the stay and follow up. The condo is very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need and then some, including little extras like tea, cookies and coffee starter kit. Indoor parking was convenient. Bed very comfortable. The condo is in the heart of things right in Snowmass Base Village. It was great in the summer and imagine it would be even better for a skier in winter as the lifts are only steps away.

The property itself was great. We made the mistake of going the week before Memorial Day. Only two restaurants out of about 25 in the whole village were open. Fortunately those restaurants were very good, Tasters and the Daily dinner. Most of the hiking trails were closed. There wasA lot of maintenance going on so it wasVery noisy during the day. The traffic into Aspen was terrible. The problems wereOur fault for scheduling the trip when we did but we thought we should warn others not to go when we did.

iTrip Vacations was the booking agent for our stay at Hayden Lodge at Snowmass Base Village. They were absolutely excellent. The condo was everything the listing pictures made it out to be and iTrip Vacations were excellent at communicating all of the necessary information. They reached out beforehand to let us know what to expect, they sent an electronic booklet with practical information as well as recommended activities, restaurants and more. They checked in to make sure everything was going well while we were there. Special shout out to Jordan who came to the rescue after we accidently locked ourselves out of the condo. She went out of her way after hours to quickly get us back in without inconveniencing us in the least.

We loved this place. It was in a great location in Snowmass and was close to Aspen and Glenwood Springs. The place was clean and updated. We would definitely stay again.

Our family came for a long weekend getaway and we had a blast here. The people who managed the property including the owner were so Lind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the amenities were spot on. We would definitely stay here again!

We were so incredibly pleased with everything. The location was perfect, steps from the lifts, restaurants, grocery store, and bus to Aspen. Best vacation ever!! Snowmass is the best mountain, we got snow every day. The treehouse was so great for our 5 year old daughter, she went to ski school the entire time we were there and loved it. The condo was clean and beautiful. Everything we needed the place had!! We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much... we can’t wait to be back!!!

The property was exactly as advertised. While I agree with some of the prior reviewers that the living room tv and bathroom could potentially be updated (again, though they're exactly as pictured in the listing), the convenience of the space cannot be emphasized enough and far outweighs any cosmetic critiques possible. You are immediately next to the drop off space for ski lessons and directly adjacent to and across from great dining options. All of the appliances and fixtures worked perfectly and there were ample supplies provided by the lessors for the space. We continuously commented throughout our trip about how great the space was and how it was far easier to access than any other ski property we stayed. If we ski Snowmass again, we will definitely be looking into renting this unit or another similar to it in the Hayden property!

Our stay at the Hayden Lodge 2203 was perfect.The arrival process went smoothly. ITrip was always available by phone for any question, completely made us feel welcome, and were happy to help. We got groceries delivered from Clarke's Market, highly recommend. We used Smiddy's limo for transportation from aspen airport on itrips referral and they were perfect, even bringing us to the condo up the road to get the key and check-in material, easy process.The condo is awesome. VERY CLEAN. The linens seemed brand new. The master bed king bed was great, like staying in a luxury hotel room. The pull out couch bed was great for our kids, already made and very clean/crisp.The location is PERFECT, right across from the village express chairlift. So close to everything- and ski school.The ski locker is a great addition, enough space for all our skis and poles and helmets etc. We kept out boots in the kitchen on a towel we had brought to pad our skis for travel. I recommend bringing one or the unit could provide an old one or a rubber-edged mat for this purpose.I could go on..... it is awesome. We will be back.

Building and property are a little confusing from the inside but once you get your bearings it gets easier to understand directions and lay of the land.

This was a great space. Everything looked as it did in the photos. It snowed during our stay and our view of the mountains was gorgeous. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything needed for our stay (plates, utensils, paper towels, etc). The condo was walking distance to the shops and ski lift. Although, most everything was closed when we were there. They were getting ready for the season. Which Kim had mentioned to us before we came. But she also gave us information on what we can do during our stay. Communication was great. They have several people on standby. We locked ourselves out of the building and received help in 5 minutes. We loved the place and would definitely come back.

Wonderful condo and beautiful location. The view from the balcony toward the mountains is perfect for an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee. The condo is across the street from both the grocery store and post office. Plenty of eating options within walking distance. Amenities in the condo are top notch! Definitely worth the money.

Overall everything is very great. Just small things such as all the keys made slight fever this is where we had to get those but Internet was great.

First time using iTrip and didn’t know what to expect but everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The location is perfect. All of Snowmass village is just outside your door. Access to ski rental and restaurants was perfect. You can jump on the Gondola or jump on Snowmass express and access all of the mountains. I highly recommend Hayden Lodge!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary weekend. The place itself was very neat, modern and stylish, yet cozy with a great view of the mountains from the living room and balcony. Also, beautiful updated appliances is a plus! We slept very well in the king bed and our little one slept like an angel on the hideaway bed. Although we came during the off season, Kim provided recommendations for places that were open to eat. Kim & Chaz were very good at communicating with us during our stay which we appreciated. Snowmass Village itself is beautiful, with the slopes right in front of the lodge. This would be a great convenient location when everything opens. Aspen is only 15 minutes away from the lodge, and it is where we spent most of our time during day & checked out stunning Maroon Bells Lake! Overall we are very happy with our stay and looking forward to planning our next one during peak season!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's condo. It was extremely clean and has great decor. It is centrally located with great accomodations.I will definitely be staying here again.

The views from the room were gorgeous. We went during off season, so there weren’t a lot of people there, which was what we wanted. This was a great getaway spot and we hope to return in the future.

I would stay here again. Never took the car out of the garage the whole time. Just took the free buses. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added plus.

My husband and I enjoyed a three-night stay at this lovely property in Snowmass Village. It is very quiet, clean, sunny, and well-furnished. There were many thoughtful touches, including coffee/tea, cookies, and detailed instructions. They were very responsive before and during our stay, including quickly addressing a problem with the TV.

This is a fabulous place to stay as your base in Snowmass. Kim is very easy to communicate with and the whole experience could not have been better.

Great place to stay! Location is excellent for skiing Snowmass (right at the base by the ski school area) and was lots of fun for all the closing weekend festivities. Ski locker on the first floor was super convenient, loved the coffee samples and such waiting for us and having the key sent to us ahead of time really helped with our late check in. Nearby bus stop gets you to the rest of the village and another bus hub nearby can get you to the other Aspen resorts. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

What a big improvement since the years we visited as a family for 7 straight ski seasons (1993 - 2000). I wish the Base Village existed in it's current form and function way back then. This was a last minute getaway due to the amount of snow still on the mountain we had to finish this incredible ski season with a final couple of days on the snow, and we loved every minute. We didn't dine in Snowmass so we don't know if anything has changed since the 90's when the dining was average at best. We ate in Basalt and in Aspen. A lot of places were closed for the season and the ski area was nice and quiet, perfect for a couple's getaway. The accommodations at the Hayden Lodge were a complete upgrade from our previous accommodations back in the 90's. The unit was as advertised in the photos online. There were a few hiccups with our unit which the management company took care of immediately. The management team was responsive and helpful with our every need - we're a bit picky so we reach out at the smallest little thing. The ski-in ski-out was truly ski-in ski-out and if you have a young child in ski-school then this is the place to stay because The Treehouse meeting place is in the Hayden Lodge building. The ski locker was less than a hundred feet from the Village Express Chair Lift and a couple of hundred feet from the Elk Camp Gondola. Fortunately (or unfortunately) between the Lodge ski locker and the Elk Camp Gondola brought us past the S'mores wagon when the day was over we had to fill-up on the complimentary gooey goodness. I'm glad we chose the Hayden Lodge and we'll return again the next time we come to Snowmass in the Winter with extended family members or friends.

Nice modern unit. Easy as it gets - parking right under unit, ski locker for gear, and feet from the lift & gondola; what else could you ask for?

We stayed 5 nights in February for our anniversary. Located just steps away from the sky cab to Snowmass mall, it's super quick & easy to grab dinner or go shopping. It's also just steps away from the 2 other main lifts & gear rental. We loved having a fire place to warm up, amazing views of the mountain, a convenient locker to store our gear at night, and a full kitchen. The staff at itrip were extremely helpful getting us set up - mailing the keys, buying our lift tickets, and reserving equipment- it was like having our own concierge. Would highly recommend this place!

Great service, value and proximity

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The view is amazing and you are only few steps away from the gondolas and sky lift. Our kids loved it. We will definitely come back.

The condo is fantastic! You just can't beat the location... especially if you have kids enrolled in ski school. Both Kim and Patrick (the property managers) were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was very enjoyable. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

The place is amazing, you have pretty nice views to the mountains which in summer are really green. Everything is clean and you have al the amenities you need to feel at home.

We had such a fabulous time and so loved being right in the heart of everything. We got some great hiking in and always loved being able to just walk right in to Hayden Lodge. Your condo is beautifully appointed, has wonderful views and a balcony, super convenient and you were always quick to see if we needed anything. Thanks for being a wonderful host! The hosts are wonderful people and very responsive. Great location and superb value. The bed was a little soft for us but the hosts quickly provided a solution and added support under the mattress and additional bedding. Nice to have free parking plus being covered. Very convenient to get around and amenities are exactly as advertised.

This a great place to stay at Snowmass. We have stayed in many condos but none more convenient than Hayden Lodge. It is a great spot in the base village and steps away from the “skittles” and gondola. The space is well appointed and very comfortable. We found it to be sparkling clean. I don’t think we could have asked for quicker responses from Kim when we had a question. The in-room tablet provided so much information about the space and area.

Kim's place was exactly what we were looking for - a clean, convenient place to lay our head after an active day of exploring all that Aspen/Snowmass has to offer. It was great to be able to make breakfast (I hate eating out all 3 meals a day!) in the well appointed kitchen and the condo was the perfect size for 2 people (possibly 3 if one can sleep on the couch). Loved sitting outside in the afternoon - nice view from the balcony and the hot tub was nice too!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - a great place to lay our head at night after a great day exploring all Aspen Snowmass has to offer. Loved being able to make breakfast in the well appointed kitchen before heading out all day. The unit was clean, convenient, and stylish and Kim could not have been more responsive no matter how small the issue.

The location is great, especially if you have children going to ski school. It was lovely that we didn’t have to walk very far in ski boots!
