Located directly on the Assay Hill ski trail on Snowmass Mountain you will appreciate the convenience of stepping out the door, into your skis or snowboard to head down the hill to hop on the chair lift. The amazing access to the ski and hiking trails combined with the private location of the home and the incredible views make this an idyllic vacation spot when visiting the Aspen Snowmass area.

**Ski access may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season.

Inside the home you will enjoy the comfortable space found upstairs in the living, dining and kitchen area. The decor and furnishings draw you in and create a wonderful sense of calm and relaxation with many inviting gathering spaces. You and your traveling companions will share many wonderful moments relaxing in the living area in front of the large gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen and dining area are perfect for a large group as they provide many dining area options to enjoy throughout your stay.

The multi-level residence offers 2 bedrooms on the lowest level and 2 on the upper level, all with en-suite bath. The lowest level has a mudroom and an outdoor 8 person private hot tub, right on the ski slope! A master bedroom with two queen beds and large en-suite bath and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and en-suite bath are found on the lowest level along with the laundry room. The other king master with gas fireplace and balcony along with an additional bunk room with a queen on the bottom and twin on the top are found on the upper level.

The Deerbrook townhomes are located just one mile to the Base Village in Snowmass where you will find shops, restaurants and activities. Just a short walk across the slope you can enjoy visiting the Viceroy Hotel for cocktails and apres or a wonderful dinner in their signature restaurant, Toro Kitchen. Any time of year you can enjoy some rest, relaxation and adventure when staying in this beautiful residence in Snowmass.

The living area offers a large but cozy sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. It is a great room for gathering!

The private hot tub is located on the lowest level of the townhome, directly on the ski hill.

The master bedroom is on the top floor with a great view of the ski slope, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a balcony.

The master bedroom has a spacious luxury 5 piece bath with a double vanity, walking steam shower and a soaking tub.

The spacious open floor plan of the main level provides plenty of room for your group to spread out but be close together.

This is a private chef worthy kitchen! Bring in a chef for a special dinner one night during your stay. We have great recommendations!

The lower level features this room with 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, a large en-suite bath and access right out to the ski slope!

The breakfast nook is perfect for enjoying a light breakfast, coffee with your travel companions or do get some remote work done.

Enter from the ski slope into this great mud room. The private hot tub is also accessed from this area.

The lower level has two sets of twin bunks. Ideal for children or two adults on the lower bunks.

A newly remodeled bath with spacious walk-in shower is located en-suite to the twin bunk room.

This sunny bunk room with queen on the bottom and twin on top is located on the upper level of the home.

The queen bunk room room has an attached bath with a tub and shower.

Relax on the back balcony with a cup of coffee or apres beverage as you watch the skiers and hikers go by!

The master suite is a highlight of this home. It is it's own little getaway within the house.

Grab a glass of wine, cold beer or warm cup of coffee and sit on the deck to enjoy the views!

The Viceroy Hotel is located just across the ski slope from this townhome. Walk over and enjoy a drink in their lounge or dinner at Toro.

The downstairs bedroom with 2 queens is located right off the ski slope!

The dining table is large enough to hold your entire group! Dining in will be such a delight during your vacation!

Es un hospedaje de ensueño, esta al lado de una pista de Ski la cual disfrute muchisimo, todo muy bien arreglado y limpio. Definitivamente me volvería hospedar en esa casa. Gracias

We truly loved this home and enjoyed the stay in Snowmass Village. Our little and big kids alike all found great things to do both at the home and nearby in Snowmass Village. The home is beautiful. 3 floors with ample space and at least a few large beds. Each room at its own balcony with gorgeous views. Best of all, the hosting team was really excellent. Proactive and attentive. There was absolutely no issues on our end, but if there were I’m sure they would have handled it right away. There was still construction in the other units but it was not loud nor was it disruptive. Just the normalcy of construction workers coming and going and doing some things in the common areas. We got some black hands from the handrail work they did, but it washed right off :)

The most responsive property management on any property we have rented. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The location of the property was very convenient. The house was clean, comfortable and as described. The kitchen as fully stocked and great for a large group. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful. The property manager was extremely responsive to every question or concern we had, and the property is in a great location. The only downside was the fact that the lift directly outside the property was not running at the time, but we could ski directly up to the back door each afternoon. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Snowmass!

The condo was clean and as advertised. There were a few items to address after checking in and all items were addressed with exception to AC operation in one of the bedrooms. Access to SnowMass Village was close and nice. Would recommend and would stay again.
