The condo was as advertised, and offered great space for several couples or a family. With en-suite baths for each bedroom, and an excellent open floor plan for the kitchen and living room area, the unit is nice. Proximity to downtown is terrific, with it being close enough to enjoy all things Aspen, or catch the bus and head out and around the valley. At the same time, the condo is far enough from "Core" to remain largely quiet and relaxing when not out adventuring, dining, or shopping. A good value, well-maintained, and well managed.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The building is a bit dated on the outside although the inside of our unit was updated, clean and well-appointed. Amazing, walkable location. Deducted one star due to ongoing noise due to workers outside our windows throughout the stay. Also, we were approved for a late check out however this was not communicated to the cleaning team.

This condo was the perfect size for our family. It was very clean and in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Also, there is a park one block away and my kids went there daily to throw a frisbee and kick a ball around.The only downfall was there was a young renter next to us who socialized well into the morning hours so we were awakened most nights. His door/porch was next to our bedroom and his friends were quite loud. By 2am, we asked them to stop which was short-lived. The management company was very responsive about contacting the property owners about the disturbance.Overall, we had a wonderful week in Aspen!

Our stay at the Cottonwood apartment 1-D was terrific. The cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was a blend of privacy, convenience and decor. The open layout of the kitchen and living room made our meals and leisure time all the more enjoyable, second only to the fantastic skiing we experienced.Walking distance to Aspen town and slopes, as well as the shuttle to the other ski areas, the condo fit our needs to the tee. We highly recommend this setting especially for those families brought together from various parts of the country, sharing memories, stories, future plans and great skiing.Cheers!

I've stayed at many condos and homes in the Aspen/Snowmass area, but this one had nearly all of the boxes checked. It was reasonable in price, clean, easy to book, great location, close to the bus stops (believe me, it's super easy and super close) and everything worked the way it was supposed to. I suppose the only issue may have been the parking, but really, there was plenty of street parking any day of the week; not always spaces in the back. The bedrooms were on the small side, but enough. The amount of hot water, heat, fully functioning appliances were all perfect. Big kitchen, nice appliances, comfortable beds and furniture and easy access via the door code. The staff at iTrip were always friendly and accommodating and easily reachable. No view with this place, but it was quiet. I get my views with skiing. That condo app was the bomb!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Cottonwoods for our skiing vacation. The unit was quiet, and very well stocked including coffee packets, extra towels and laundry pods. It was walking distance to the bus stops, restaurants and stores. iTrip was very responsive to my questions.

The condo is spacious and well appointed. Really just perfect for our family (3 kids). Location is very convenient, about 4 blocks west of main part of Aspen.

The condo was great with each bedroom having its' own bathroom. The living spaces (living room, dining area and kitchen) were all nice and cozy. The location was perfect: close enough to simply walk to the downtown area, and far enough away from the busy street noise. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

From the beginning, the process was seamless. We particularly appreciated Kim texting us to let us know that we could check in early. We had been worried about storing luggage, and we needed to get to work. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and very well appointed. We had everything we needed. And it was really nice to have a washer and dryer.When I needed to call once on a Sunday morning, somebody answered the phone and responded to my need immediately. Well done. Great customer service.

Stayed at Cottonwoods 1-D in late March. Perfect for 6 adults. Spacious. Great kitchen amenities. Well stocked bathroom items. Pics were very accurate. Beds were good. Short 5 min walk to bus stops for all mountains and just a couple blocks to restaurants and shops. Excellent, responsive communication from the mgmt company throughout our stay. Would def stay here again.

We have stayed at this condo twice now - for us it is a great location as you can walk to Ajax and all of the restaurants/shops in downtown Aspen, but easily drive to the other mountains or take the town bus. the condo itself is a nice size for a family or group; the kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated that the wifi actually works well if you need to do some work while there. Love that it has three bathrooms so each person/couple gets their own bathroom.

Location is central to both Aspen and Snowmass. Property is accurately described in listing. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Three equal bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy parking, easy check in. All went smoothly and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Great to have all three bedrooms en suite. If you plan to cook, you’ll want to bring or buy absolutely everything. Most AirB&Bs I’ve rented have some spices etc but this has nothing. It’s fine. Just be aware.

Spent a week in Denver on business, spent a delightful weekend in Aspen! Our stay came with a fresh blanket of snow and a warm cozy Vrbo to relax in…peace and quiet! Condo was spotless, well maintained and in a perfect location! Highly recommended!!!

From the apartment layout to each and every appointment including the quality of the decor, artwork, appliances and furnishings was 1st class. It was truly an excellent all around experience. Absolutely loved the unit and most especially the administrative staff and excellent, and I mean excellent housekeeping professionals. Hope to someday make the long trip to Aspen from Kauai again someday, but if not, the Cottonwoods have presented a lifelong memory.

From the beginning our stay was superior. Management reached out to us right away to make sure we had everything we needed. There were fresh flowers, samples of essential items that we would need right away and Everything was in working order. We loved it and would stay there 1 million times.

The property was wonderful and exactly the way it looked and was described online. Each bedroom was very comfortable for all of us and it was so nice to have the well appointed kitchen and comfortable living and dining area to enjoy as well! The location is ideal as well! We had a car and it was very convenient for us to be provided a parking pass to park behind the property. The management company also registered our car with the town so we could also park on the street in front of the property. We highly recommend this wonderful property and management company! We hope to be back and will definitely want to book this beautiful condominium again!

Ideal location within a few blocks of plenty of restaurants and shops. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable.

This condo is conveniently located in heart of Aspen. It’s walking distance to Silver Queen Gondola. This is the justification for its price and ski week. The property is clean. The property can have a more floor space with less furniture so people can sit spread out without being squeezed in. The pantry had 1 stove glove, and 1 spice (steak spice which I don’t even know where the bbq grill was). I did leave our spices we bought along with the aluminum foil at the condo for the next guest. The laundry machines could use an upgrade bc it took a few cycles to dry our clothes. The washer was noisy but we were warned it still works fine, which it did its job. The coffee maker, thread count sheets, and bed pillows need to be upgraded bc it looked like one you can find at a low grade inn or hotel. Overall, we can overlook these minute things that makes a 5 star rating (we’ve been spoiled by other VRBO amenities) bc we had awesome snow in skiing.

Good place, very centric

This was our first time in Aspen. We loved being able to walk in to town and to the mountain. The unit was very clean, updated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely rent it again!

Our group of six had a great stay at the property. The place was clean, exactly as expected, and in a prime location within walking distance to anything in Aspen and Ajax mountain. Would highly recommend!

The condo was perfect! Only a block and a half from downtown and 5-10 minutes away from the airport and the hills! Everything was very clean and we had all we needed for cooking at home. We recommend this condo and plan on coming back again.

This property was located close to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Parking was not a problem either in the dedicated lot or on the street. The unit was very comfortable and clean. Even though there is no A/C, the ceiling & box fans kept the air moving and the unit cool in the warm afternoons. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

We stayed in Aspen in early October 2020. The condo was in the perfect location to walk to the restaurants and shops. We chose this condo because it had 2 king beds which is a little hard to find. It also had 2 twin beds that could have been pushed together to make a king, which we didn't need. The kitchen seemed well stocked with appliances and tableware even though we really just needed to make coffee in the morning since we ate out, but it was nice having a bag of coffee and coffee filters provided to us so we didn't have to go and get these at the market. The living area was comfortable to sit and watch tv in the evening but a little dark during the daytime hours if we were there. Would recommend this place to others who are looking for a place to stay close to restaurants and shopping.

It was a group of 4 of us and we stayed for spring break weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more than what we expected! It was so close to downtown and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The place was really clean and had everything we needed to cook and extra towels, etc. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Kim’s place was everything and more than I expected. Being that it was a last minute decision, I wasn’t quite sure of what to expect but the pictures were exactly the same as in person. Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own adjoining bathroom which was convenient. The entire place had everything you needed-kitchen was fully stocked with dishware to cook. The sheets and towels were soft and great quality. You could even do laundry! There were even extra amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Kleenex...even humidifiers! She was super quick to communicating with me from start to finish. It was a 2 block walk to downtown so it was so convenient to all of the stores, restaurants and ski lift. Overall, our group was extremely satisfied with our stay and I will definitely book the place again.

Perfect location! Walk just a few blocks to shopping, restaurants, gondola and more. We visited with our family consisting of my husband, three kids, and me. We had plenty of space for us all to relax after full days sightseeing. The home was well stocked — both in the kitchen as well as must haves like towels, bathroom supplies, etc. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit too. The hosts provided clear instructions and gave lots of helpful info about the area. Parking was super easy in the back. We walked to the nearby park each day and enjoyed a glass of wine sitting in the comfy outsid chairs after returning home.

We spent the better part of a week in Aspen in June, attending the Aspen Ideas Festival. We were delighted to realize that Cottonwoods 1-D is ideally located, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The family room and kitchen are sizable, well furnished and equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own full bath. A bit out of practice with travel post-pandemic, I definitely brought far too many clothes for the trip; thankfully, Cottonwoods has plenty of closet space, enough closet space to accommodate those ofnus prone to overpacking. :)We highly recommend 1-D Cottonwoods and look forward to staying there again sometime soon.
