This three level 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse is well appointed with all the comforts of a mountain home and is located just two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. You will appreciate the short stroll or the free Downtowner Shuttle to get you anywhere you need to go in the Aspen Core! The access to great restaurants, shopping and nearby skiing makes this one of the most desirable locations to stay at any time of the year.
The living room, with a cozy gas fireplace, provides a welcoming space for your group to gather at the end of an active day in Aspen. With an additional gathering area downstairs, our 4 bedroom Aspen condo is perfect for your extended family, 2 families traveling together or a group of friends. Bedrooms on every one of the 3 levels offers privacy and space for all travelers to enjoy a great night of sleep.
The seasonal outside pool and hot tub area, for the specific use of this small, charming Bavarian style complex, is an inviting spot to relax after exploring all that Aspen and Snowmass have to offer. Grab your favorite grilling foods and prepare dinner while enjoying the comfortable seating outside by the pool. You will love the location, amenities and quality of this multi-level townhome in Aspen!
Your parking spot is located right near the front door of the condo, offering easy access for loading and unloading. 1 spot available. If you need an additional spot, please inform us in advance for assistance.
***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning. The upper floor bedrooms have AC however fans are provided for your comfort in all other areas of the home***
Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 12 miles from Snowmass Village.

My stay at Alpenblick 9 Townhouse in Aspen, Colorado, was wonderful. Located within short walking distance from the Gondola and St. Regis, it was convenient for accessing the ski lift, bus shuttle station to Snowmass and Highlands, Aspen famous shops and high end restaurants. The townhouse offered outdoor pool, spa, and parking. Furniture, beds and living space were well maintained and well suited for our group of five adults. Upon arrival, we found the townhouse clean and spacious. In terms of value for money, I felt that Alpenblick 9 was fairly priced for the high season, mid February, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing plenty of rooms. The location was also extremely convenient, with both the supermarket and the shuttle station just a walk's distance. Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was clean and true to the description. The four bedrooms with an extra living room really made the layout work great. The kitchen is small but well functional for one person to cook at a time. The location is ideal since it sits in between both the Gondola and the Shadow Mountain Lift. So while it's not ski on and ski off, it's only a short walk to either lift. It's also close enough to walk to the bus terminal that can take you to any of the other mountains. If you have a car, the parking is right out front of your unit. Something to note is that it is on a big hill that you'll need to walk up and down, but that's fairly common in Aspen. All that being said, it's only a few blocks from some of the best restaurants and nightlife in the city of Aspen. We would come back again in a heart beat in the winter or the summer.

The iTrip team did a great job with supporting us through our trip in Aspen. The place is very conveniently located - very close to downtown and less than a 5 minute walk to the main gondola at Aspen Mountain. The condo itself is well-furnished and very comfortable for our group of 7. I also want to highlight that the iTrip team is very quick in responding to any questions we have via email/text, and was able to provide clear answers/clarifications to any queries we had. Thanks for helping make this a great visit.

In general, the property was great! The toilet on the first level needs some attention. The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable. The springs are broke.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The location is excellent and easily fit our entire group (9 people). The beds were not set up as I had requested, but the agency came and fixed them within a day. I recommend the townhouse if you want to stay directly in Aspen with a larger group.
