Communication with the rental company was great. The property was clean and well maintained.

The property management company was very responsive and accommodating. We really appreciated their high level of service. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Huge big screen TV, which was nice. The configuration of the living room wasn’t very accommodating for a group of 5 adults. The furniture was configured to almost create two separate living rooms. The condo is close to town, but you have to walk up a steep incline getting back to it. We’re in pretty good shape, but it still made us short of breath!Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, updated, clean and comfortable. We were family of 4 and there was plenty of room. Good things to know: There is no elevator, pack light! Also, there is no AC and it got a little warm at night - we like it cold to sleep. Could hear the neighbor above in the master - we live in a house so aren’t used to that - those that are used to noise from a condo shouldn’t be concerned. Overall, very good value and hosts were very responsive.

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The location was close to Aspen mountain (a tough hilly walk if you’re carrying skis, boots, and poles). The property was comfortable for a family of 5. It also included all of the amenities you could think of (pots, pans, playing cards, wireless, cable, etc…). Kimberly and her team were responsive and available to help with whatever we needed. My only real critique; for the price we paid I would’ve hoped that daily towel service and house keeping would’ve been included. A master shower door would’ve also been nice. As well as a ski rack on the bottom floor of the condo unit. Overall it was a great stay but expensive.

Everything here was good! Place was well cared for and the owner was extremely responsive!! I think that made the experience so much better. Plus - firewood was available and was dry and easily burnt - something often overlooked in other places I've stayed. Definitely a recommend.

This is our second visit to this property. It has been upgraded a bit since the last visit. Very comfortable spending our second Christmas there in front of the fire.

Well located, we skied in and out which offered our group so much flexibility with schedules and work calls. Truly exceptional stay for my family. The location is a few steps from the Shadow Mountain lift on Ajax. The accommodations were perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was stocked with all necessaries for the week. Our communication with the team was seamless. Looking forward to repeating the experience on our next trip back.

The accommodations were superb. Clean and spacious for our family of 6. Great communication. Lift to Aspen Mountain was steps away. The bus for all other mountains were three blocks away. As an added bonus, we were able to watch the World Cup races from the back porch.

Itrip was very responsive at the time of booking and throughout our stay. Having a text number to ask questions was very helpful. We would book another trip through Itrip again.

We were very impressed by the customer service of iTrip. We rented a Condo in Aspen in early October. A neighbor in our building lit a fire in their fireplace that smoked out our unit. Their property manager came by our unit late at night to help air it out and came by the next day to continue efforts. Ultimately, iTrip ended up moving us to a different unit while they worked to address the lingering smoke smell. Anytime we reached out, we got a response very quickly and they worked hard to address our issues. I would definitely rent with them again.

Instant 5 stars, perfect rental for a week in Aspen! The location is amazing, we walked everywhere we needed to go. The apartment was clean and updated, and the steam shower was a surprise plus! The host was readily available and often checked in just to see if we needed anything. Communication was fantastic and I would definitely rent with them again!

Kim's condo was Impeccably clean and well-decorated. Garage parking is a big plus and the location is prime.

We have been going to Aspen every summer for many years, but we have never stayed in this building. We loved the condo! It was perfect for our family (we have 2 toddlers), and the location cannot be beat. The condo is updated, and the open layout for the kitchen, living room, and dining area is very functional. We also appreciated the large TV and view of Aspen mountain. Management was very responsive and even helped us with an early check-in, so that our youngest could get a nap. We will be back!

Property is fantastic, well managed/responsive management, great location, super clean

If you want to be close to Ajax mountain (right at the base of 1A lift and 5 minute walk to the Gondola), this is a super-comfortable and cozy condo. The ceilings are low and there is no dramatic view unless seated right at the balcony doors, but the unit is well appointed and has a number of nice spaces in the small but not cramped living area (seats by the fire, at the kitchen counter, in the living area and at the dining room table). Bedrooms are also adequate in size and bedding is comfortable. Please note, however, that the owner/manager has replaced the 6-person dining table with a 4-person table. There is no good way to accommodate 6 people for dinner and we let management know that this change had been made without our knowledge and was a disappointment as we had two meals in the home. Otherwise, iTrip is very responsive and the whole experience is easy. If you are booking in Aspen for the first time, note that this unit is "up the mountain" and sidewalks and roads can get slippery at night as you walk the 2.5 blocks up/down from this building. Only other warning is that this unit is on the second floor and we did experience noise from neighbors above (mostly in the morning when they were headed out to the mountain), but nothing outside the ordinary. We would stay again.

Great spot to enjoy spring break. The snow was awesome and the lifts very close. The condo was close enough to town that my wife and I could walk everywhere.

We enjoyed a wonderful spring break week at 700 Monarch. The place fit all our needs and was clean. The TV was a bonus to be able to watch March Madness on that big of a screen. Our kids loved the proximity to the slopes and we loved the proximity to all the downtown activities. Check-in and check out were easy as well the parking provided. Great find!

Great location in any season. One block behind St. Regis and literally on the mountain- ski in accessible. Well stocked kitchen, including olive oil, seasonings etc, great washer/dryer in the hall, excellent Wi-Fi and smart tvs. Steam shower in master bath was a nice bonus. Beds are comfortable. Everything was in great working order. Very spacious condo for Aspen. Was one of the largest 3 bedrooms we have ever stayed in. Plenty of space to spread out. Garage was nice during the snow. Keep in mind there is no elevator and it’s on the 2nd floor which is the 3rd up from the street level. However the property manager can help assist with luggage. Our only complaint which is not the owner or property managers fault, is the unit is loud. We could hear the people above us, and they were early risers and late to sleep. We could hear their conversations, their music, their footsteps, when they flushed the toilet or took a shower, you can hear everything from the unit above. They do provide fans, that in hindsight, we should have used to block out the sound to all the bedrooms. But other than that, it’s a beautiful, updated condo, very spacious, with lots of amenities and fabulous location. Def recommend Itrip/Kim they are fantastic to work with and so helpful, and great at communicating! Will definitely stay with them again in the future.

The condo was spacious and beautifully renovated. The only caveat is that the one parking space is very small and cannot accommodate high profile vehicles. It was a 2 person job to get the car parked every day between two concrete pillars. Otherwise we loved the place and appreciated it's walkability. Management was very responsive.

We enjoyed 700 Monarch— it was the perfect size for our family of 5. We did have to baby proof certain areas but the property manager made it easy. So glad the property had large fans for each room. The technology set up was great as well. Overall lovely trip for us!

The location is amazing, super cute, updated and clean condo. Walking distance from everything that makes Aspen special. Excellent wifi and portable fans for rooms on those unusually hot Aspen days. Highly recommend !

This condo was a great location! Walking distance to downtown Aspen and the gondola. We had a great balcony with a pretty view. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed.

We stayed in #201 for a long weekend stay. The unit is located in a perfect spot (if you’re walking note the hill is steep but great exercise, :-) ) and able to quickly walk to the center of Aspen. The home is beautiful and seems to be recently renovated. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms were good. Each bedroom was very spacious, too. The main living area has enough comfortable seating and a huge TV for resting. We made breakfast every morning in the kitchen. There are supplies provided for anything needed to be made / cooked. Would recommend this unit and location 10/10. itrip was so helpful with whatever we needed and was always checking in on us to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. They were beyond accommodating when we arrived and when we departed. We had an incredible stay and hope to be back soon!!

Had a wonderful trip to Aspen with my family, 5 adults and 1 toddler, and Kim’s Airbnb was perfect for our group. Space was big enough to accommodate everyone, living areas were generous where we could lounge together, and location was epic. Kim and her team were also very communicative during the entire stay. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Aspen.

We would have liked nicer pillows to sleep with. The guest room lamp has a burned out bulb. The trash can drawer in the kitchen was hard to find. The fireplace chimney needs to be cleaned and checked for the vent cap and the screen. The fireplace does not draw well. The screen around the fireplace needs to be replaced or repaired. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. No locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors. Privacy and intimacy was a challenge. Now the positive feedback. Your response and customer services were excellent. Your team is very attentive and professional. Our transportation driver was double booked and Patrick in your team showed up at 6:30 am to pick up my son and his girlfriend for an airport run. You have a great team and I told VRBO that teaming with ITrip was a great collaboration. We would recommend this condo and Itrip to our friends.

The property is very nice. The check in was easy. I took a major issue with the maintenance of the property. After coming home from dinner the key pad ran out of batteries - a procedure that should be checked after each rental. After getting a hold of the property manager, my wife and I had to wait outside for the repair person to arrive. To my dismay he arrived intoxicated, smelling of bourbon, and fumbled with the repair after finally letting us in. Very unprofessional for a place with this high of a nightly price + extra fees. I emailed the hosts to try and resolve this issue, but there has been nothing but silence from their end. Would not recommend this stay due to the lack of accountability from the owners who do not seem to care about a bad experience.

A wonderful ski-in ski-out Airbnb located in the heart of downtown Aspen. The accommodations and appliances are updated, and the space was clean and welcoming. Lastly, the Kim and her team were very responsive and kind, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for your Aspen vacation.

Location was excellent, a very quick walk into town, our group never had to shuttle/uber/Lyft anywhere besides the airport. Would absolutely recommend and work with the team again.

We really loved our stay here. I was looking for a space that would be comfortable for myself, my husband, my 4 month old and my 3 year old, and my parents. This place was so spacious and comfortable, it was extremely clean and equipped with all the basic necessities, and just a quick 5 minute walk from the park and downtown shops. We felt at home and will probably be coming back next summer!

The condo we rented on Monarch was lovely and plenty of room for our four adult children. I loved the cleanliness of the condo as well as the decor. This was perfect for our summer stay in Aspen. We spent our first week in Colorado driving all over the state and were looking forward to several days of staying out and relaxing. This condo was perfect. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, the gondola, the John Denver Sanctuary and other parks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family of 6, which included grandparents in their 60s and kids ages 5 & 8. The condo was quiet at night and being on the second floor allowed us to sleep comfortably with the windows open at night, enjoying that fresh mountain air. The property manager was very accessible and checked in on us before and during our stay. The checkout process was quick and easy, we appreciated not having to wash sheets, towels, etc which has been our experience at other condos. I would highly recommend this property to other guests.

700 Monarch was a perfect location with a beautiful view of Aspen mountain. We could easily walk anywhere in town any it was a huge bonus having a parking spot under the building. The unit was sunny and clean and had all of the cookware, glassware, etc that we needed. The management company gave us all the information we needed and responded to requests quickly and efficiently. We were truly impressed!

The condo was great, and in a great location. It was a little dated, and in need of some minor repairs, but this did not deter from a perfect vacation. The host was very attentive to any of our needs, and we would definitely stay there again.

This vacation rental could not have been better. Located just steps from a lift there are gorgeous views out of most windows and downtown is a 5 minute walk. The living area is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the bedrooms are all located on the opposite side of the house- great for privacy and sleeping (comfy beds too!). We also really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Hosts are incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect!

The condo was clean and extremely convenient with a short walk to the Ajax gondola and the center of town. Would absolutely come back to stay again!

We could not have been happier with the accommodations during our stay in Aspen. The location was incredibly convenient - 1/2 a block from the Shadow Mountain chair lift and 1-2 blocks to town. The inside of the condo was very well decorated and incredibly comfortable. Great view of the slopes from the living room! The WiFi worked very well for all 4 of us to work / school remotely. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. And the service from Kim and team was exceptional. We can’t wait to come back.

Easy to walk to downtown Aspen. We loved our stay and highly recommend Aspen paragliding and Aspen ebikes for riding up to Maroon Bells. Great restaurants, close to hiking and shopping

The condo has everything you need for cooking and relaxing but we spent most of our time downtown and the condo is a short distance, 5 min walk. If you stay away from downtown and have to drive there and try and park it’s a completely different experience so we felt it was worth the expense to be right where we wanted to be. Beds were comfortable and showers nice with extra sensitivity to Covid (hand sanitizer, disinfectant, clear instructions to follow for cleanliness).

Wonderful location in town, which was most important to us. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Layout of the condo was great for a family. There was plenty of seating at the dining table and sofa for the little time we actually spent in the condo, since there is so much to do in Aspen. The parking space was tight, but really nice to have. We were able to fit a minivan and 5 e-bikes snuggly in each night.

Everything about the stay was great - the location is amazingly convenient for all mountains that we skied in the 4 days - Ajax is right there, but none of them are more than 15 mins on the easy to use bus! The place was clean, and great for a large group. We'll be back!!!

We loved the location of this great condo. You can easily walk to downtown and lift 1A is right across the street. The condo was appointed with everything we need, we loved the oversized shampoo and conditioners - so much better than the small hotel bottles. We really enjoyed the open living area and the wood burning fireplace and hope to return soon!

Beautiful condo in a nice location. We loved the furnishings, artwork and giant TV. We visited in July so it was quite hot. Circulating air was difficult and the thermostat sat at 82 for several hours in the afternoon. Luckily the bedrooms were a bit cooler than the kitchen and living. We tried the big box fans that were provided but they made little difference and were super loud. We had a couple of other incidents that were very avoidable by the management but didn’t affect our stay. I would likely book this property again.
